Oh, Boy! This sale is absolutely amazing!! If you were born in the 1950s or 1960s please come visit only to check out the home that has stopped during this period and everything is vintage from the midcentury era or otherwise antique dating to 19th century or early 20th century (such as some amazing pocket watches - some 14 karat gold!). We will have a selection of some truly great collectibles here, including Wallace sterling silver flatware set and serving set, that includes coffee pot, tea pot, cream and sugar. There are other sterling service items here as well, plus tons, I mean tons of silver plated and pewter service pieces by Rogers & Bros and Wallace, Oneida and other companies, many of which are very rare serving or butler pieces, or antique. 

The kitchen has an amazing selection of vintage, midcentury as well as antique items, such as vintage Jam and Jelly trinket jars, Pixieware, Sevi egg cups with boxes, Mikasa stoneware, midcentury linens and decor, vintage metal trays, Royal Copenhagen plates and salt and pepper shakers, Lenox flatware, tons - and we mean tons of green depression and uranium glass in all shape and form - from small plates, and cups and saucers to fridge containers, to large cake platters, to candle holders, tureens, a complete set of mixing bowls, and similar items. 

The dining room is where the party happens on the most elegant level with silver plated butler's pieces dating to mid and late 1800's, as well as early 1900's. We have a rare Caviar flip server, silver plated large 3 part bud vase floral centerpiece, tons of 1933 Chicago World's Fair Marigold spoons among hundreds of silver plated spoons, multiple serving pieces in Wallace Baroque pattern, as well as Sterling Wedgwood pattern serving bowl with silverplated lid, same Wedgewood pattern very large cement weighted candle holders, a smaller serving Sterling dish for hour d'euvre, a complete sterling flatware set for 12 by Wallace, and a complete sterling silver Coffee and tea 4 piece serving set with creamer and sugar pieces. There are tons of antique porcelain from around the world, including rare and more than a 100 years old Royal Copenhagen bowls, ramekins, pickle dish, plates, among other items, a complete Epiag porcelain set, tons of Royal Adderley, Limoges, including numerous antique pieces, lusterware from Japan - mostly 1930's through 1950's but there are some antique ones too, antique egg cups with gold trim, etc. 

Please note, that this house was at a certain level of entertaining especially back in the day, and therefore all the furniture and art is of highest quality and  in great condition. Majority of furniture here is by Drexel Furniture, Heritage collection, but we also have pieces by Baker Fine Furniture company, and Milling Road vintage pieces, as well as custom midcentury and antique furniture built specifically according to the family wishlist. We're selling the dining furniture, including a large dining table with two leafs by Drexel furniture, with matching chairs, captain chairs, an armoire, a sideboard, all by said Drexel. The living room furniture is mostly by Baker or Thomasville, many pieces vintage, including a gold trimmed glass top Baker coffee table, midcentury sofas and chairs. The lamps are all midcentury as well, except for a few antique lamps, such as an antique Emeralite desk lamp with solid brass base and green glass shade in perfect condition. The antique grandfather clock here is by Herschede, the best money could buy back in the day, as well as other clocks that represent brands such as Howard Miller, Tiffany & Co., Westclox, among others. 

The closets are filled with amazing clothing, and vintage purses, shoes, etc - all in like new condition! We have tons of vintage Salvatore Ferragamo shoes - mostly in size 8 and 8.5 mostly with boxes and like new condition - at a steal! We'll be sellilng a vintage Salvatore Ferragamo black patent leather handbag too (verified serial number), as well as vintage Cole Haan, Regal, Coach, Rebekah and Anne Klein handbags. The clothins represents brands such as St. John Collection, Escada Couture, tons of Pendleton clothins, shirts, jackets, etc, many vintage lingerie and nightgowns, robes, including Christian Dior, Lilly of France, etc. We have a few fur jackets here, most in size Medium or Large, and majority of clothing are in size small, medium and large for women, and medium and large for men. Hugo Boss, Armani jackets and ties as well as multiple other designer clothing for men will be available as well. 

There are a plethora of vintage linens available to buy here! Vintage and antique quilts of all sizes and colors, some hand made and some machine made, embroidered handkerchiefs, emroidered kitchen towels, napkins, tablecloths, and other items are here too... 

The patio has some amazing pieces of furniture too, including a Cast Iron 3 piece set of Children's Garden benches with table - heavier that anything you may have lift and very vintage priced to sell, as well as a Summer Classic bench with matching table, along with plenty of vintage Woodard chairs with leather cushions, and multiple tile patio tables. This is also where you may find tons of planters, a fountain, patio decor, cast bells, a water dispenser, vintage terracota, pressed glass pieces, etc.

Let's not forget that most of the art here is either vintage/midcentury era or antique. We have tons of original etchings, original oil paintings, antique prints, lithograph from Phoenix Open circa 1972, original oil paintings by Native American artists, Art Noveau pieces - both in art and ceramics/porcelain and glass, Native American vintage pots, kachinas, including many items purchased from Heard Museum shop 40 years ago, including a handmade banded Navajo rug, a small square Navajo rug, Hawaiian midcentury rare pottery pieces, a handmade Navajo dolls, Apache handmade Native American baskets, hand made Papago baskets, Longaberger baskets, among other collectibles...
