Please ask all questions prior to bidding!  Please contact Lisa or Madison @ 570-885-0225 with questions.  Firearms are sold and transferred in accordance with all local state and federal laws.  Firearms transfer will take place at our premises: 56 Dorchester Drive, Dallas, PA 18612 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!.  There is a Firearm Transfer Fee ($10/each on the first 2 and then $5 for each additional firearm). Winning bidders will receive pickup day and time instructions for lot pickup on invoice.  Firearms must be paid for prior to your background check. Failure to pass the background check, will result in the buyer consigning the item to an upcoming auction. NOTES:

- If a lot receives a bid within the last 9 minutes, it will remain open for an additional 9 min.

- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 9 minutes.

- If no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the timer runs out.

PICKUP DATES & TIMES WILL BE LISTED AT THE TOP OF YOUR INVOICE (this includes firearm transfers as well). Please make every effort to pickup during these times as pickup outside of this schedule will be limited.  Our facility is not open for walk-ins, appointments must be made outside of this schedule.  We can NO LONGER hold items past 30 days of the auction ending unless arrangements have been made with Lisa, Madison or Keith.  We have limited space and every inch we have is needed for us to provide quality online auctions for your bidding pleasure.  Again, we can NO LONGER hold items past 30 days of the auction ending.  These items will be resold at the auction houses discretion and no longer available to you.
