This week's estate sale is happening in the very exclusive neighborhood of Boulders guard gated community in Carefree. The home has many beautiful items for sale, such as three like new Hermes scarves, one Christian Dior, and multiple silk scarves by Metropolitan Museum of Art, Adrienne Landau Studio and Jim Thompson. Most of those are new or like new. There is also a collection of designer purses for sale, including two vintage Bonnie Cashin Coach handbags - from 1960's-70's. We do have a Louis Vuitton crossbody bag for sale as well as Louis Vuitton cosmetic bag for sale here. There will be a great selection of watches and costume jewelry, including multiple pieces by Swarovski, Coro, Napier, MAM, Nadri, Trifari and even some Kirks& Folly, Givenchy, Native American sterling, a 14k gold ring, multiple sterling rings, 14k gold bracelets, couple pendants, and a necklace. The clothing will not dissapoint either, and we will present a magnificent full lenght long Mink fur by Kent Fisher in amazing condition. The closets are full of either vintage or upscale clothing and accessories, including vintage LL Bean jackets, silk shirts for both men and women, Oleg Cassini evening wear, dresses by Calvin Klein, Express, Michael Kors and Silk Collection, tons of designer shoes in size 7 and 7.5 i.e. Salvatore Ferragamo loafers, Cole Haan loafers and dress shoes for men and women, QC like new running sneakers, vintage leather cowboy boots, tons of Orvis vests and jackets, and so much more!

The living room, outside of a beautiful selection of costume jewelry will present some Native American pottery vases/pots, including one large one signed by a Navajo Artist. The home has a few pieces of art that are vintage, and have been signed by the artist, including a couple of lithographs and some original Watercolors. There are many decor pieces from Crate and Barrel (as well as Crate & Barrel christmas decorations and even Mackenzie Childs candlesticks still new in package!), and by Oscar Wendell, including Oscar Wendell Hammered Aluminium trays, platters and small plates. We'll also have few Oscar Wendell brand new jewelry items for sale. The kitchen cooking ware is mostly by Calphalon, and all those pots will be for sale too, most in great condition. There will be unique pieces, such as a hand carved and marked by the artist large Olive wood bowl, Basil Matthews figure, small Limoges plates, Halls ceramics vintage tureen, collectible snoopy glasses, and of course the dazzling element of every kitchenette - a round wood top Ethan Allen table with 4 very heavy iron cast and wood chairs. There are in fact two different size Ethan Allen tables here - one smaller kitchen size, and one dining room size with 2 additional leafs. The Ethan Allen furniture and decor is actually presented in every room - the Guest bedroom has the complete set, with iron frame, Ethan Allen Home mattress, matching nightstands and a dresser, while the Master Bedroom has two different end tables. The room will also present a vintage white Ethan Allen grandfather clock. 

This home is a true statement of living in the desert, and we will have some beautiful patio decor items for sale here, such as metal artwork, two like new metal quails statues in light tin and turquoise colors, two patio wrought iron benches with like new cushions, and matching side tables, some planters and pots, plenty of gardening supplies, some tools, including a like new wheelbarrow, a leaf blower, hand tools, wedge trimmer, ladders, like new pickaxe, showel and rake, and more... 

We must mention that the linen selection in this household is one of the most breathtaking we've seen in a long time. Many of the kitchen towels are brand new or like new, and come from Crate & Barrel or Williams Sonoma, as well as small linen shops throughout Maryland and other Eastern states. We have a few vintage quilts in good condition, as well as down pillows, memory foam brand new pillow, embroidered and absolutely gorgeous kitchen linens, as well as table clothes and covers, brand new accent pillows from Pier 1, Crate & Barrel and other shops, as well as handmade or hand embroidered pillows, pillow cases, needlepoint art pillows, and so much more!
