Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, all items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. We are not responsible for the damaged items due to shipping. If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact the post office or UPS to file a claim. Some items that are unusually shaped or require special packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, all items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed.
