PICK-UP DETAILS: Pick-up is at a private residence on Friday October 13, 2023 10 AM - 2 PM and Saturday October 14th, 2023 9 AM - 1 PM ONLY. Pick-up is at a private residence, if you miss the pick-up days you forfeit your items. We DO NOT move items from the private residence to our warehouse to store for pick-up at a later time.

Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items, as we DO NOT provide these services.

All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or condition issues, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
