I wanted to surprise you with this one.  And what a wonderful surprise it’s going to be.  After last weekend’s Mid-Century Modern sale, we’re having another one just like it and better.  95% of the furniture is from the mid-century modern era, and most of it is Scandinavian made, such as the dining sets, bedroom furniture, coffee table and many others.  Most of them are in very good condition, and there’s almost nothing you need to do before using them.  And some of them are pretty hard to come by.  Besides the mid-century modern pieces, there’re also a lot of other items that are interesting.  There’re two sets of Lenox China sets, along with Spode Christmas China (the ones that were made in England), home décor, glass and silver plate ware, home craft material and tools, Christmas decorations (some of which are pretty old), books, CDs and home stereo systems.  There’s a small but good camera collection in the mix as well.  And there’s a lot of tools, including electric tools and hand tools, you know, the pre HF tools, which are still reliable.  There’s even a woodchipper, not a huge one, but one that’s quite manageable, and in good working order.  Last, but not the least, we have a very good selection of jewelry in this sale.  There’s some costume jewelry, but a good portion of the jewelry is real.  I know I’m forgetting to mention some of the stuff that’s in the house.  So, please take a look at the pictures and stop by.  You will like this one.  Please note the driveway of the property is shared with neighbors, so please do not park on the driveway.  Thank you for your attention.  And see you all on Friday.
