Please read the unit’s description.  Units are at two separate locations:

Location 2: Kittanning: 300 Westgate Rd. Kittanning, PA 16201

-Auction Closing: SUNDAY Sept 17, 2023, at 7 PM (Soft Closing Every 30 seconds)

-This unit has a 2-day pickup timeline.

-This means after the auction has ended you have 2 days WEDNESDAY Sept. 20, 2023 9AM-5PM & Thursday 21, 2023 9AM-7PM) to entirely remove the contents of the unit.

-Please give yourself ample time to clean out your unit.

- The storage facility closes promptly at 5 PM on Wednesday and 7PM on Thursday. TWO LOCATIONS, Please plan accordingly.

-You must be off the premises by closing time. Absolutely No Exceptions.

-EACH unit has a $100 cleaning deposit. Prior to retrieval, you must pay this deposit at the facility office with: CASH, show photo ID and your settlement receipt or you will not be given access to the unit.

-Your $100.00 deposit will be returned once you have removed all items from the unit.

-You are not permitted to use the dumpster on premises. Unit payment will be processed at the end of the auction closing by Turn Key Liquidators.

-Turn Key Liquidators will process the credit card on file. If your credit card cannot be processed, Turn Key will email you an invoice, you must pay by credit card.

 -Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the unit & a negative score which may prevent you from bidding in future auctions. Before Bidding:

 -Make sure you can completely empty the unit contents within the timeline specified.

Soft Closing:

-The online auction closes via LIVE CATALOG starting 7pm, Lots will sell every 30 seconds unless a bid is placed during the final 30 seconds. If a bid is placed in the final 30 seconds, the time will be extended by 30 seconds.

How To REGISTER:

STEP 1: Go to turnkeyliquidators.hibid.com

STEP 2: Click on the “NEW BIDDER” button to register.

STEP 3:  You will be asked to enter your email & confirm your email.  Each email can only have one account.

STEP 4. Next, enter your personal info & create a user name & password.

STEP 5. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login to your new account.

BIDDING:

STEP 1. Once you have registered to bid, you will be asked to register for each individual auction.

STEP 2. At this time, you will be asked to register with a credit card to verify your identity.  You will not charge your credit card unless you fail to show up for the scheduled pick up.

STEP 3. Now you are ready to place a bid.  There are two ways to do this. (Very Similar to Bidding on Ebay)

1. You can bid to the next increment.  Bidding is set up with predetermined bid increments.  (As the price increases so do the bid increments)
2. You can place a MAX bid.  You can put in your max bid & the auction software will bid on your behalf.  (Other bidders cannot see your max bid.)  With this method you do not have to keep watching the auction.
