And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the premises, on

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2023 AT 12:00 PM (NOON)

TERMS: A deposit of $6,000.00 in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale.  The judgment creditor, if a bidder, shall not be required to post a deposit. Balance due in 30 days after final ratification of the sale by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. In the event the purchaser(s) fails to go to settlement as required, the deposit shall be forfeited and the Property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser.
