This is a private residence & Turn Key will not be available until noon. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 7 PM. Please plan accordingly. Failure to pick up will result in the forfeiture of your winnings. This is a private residence, with a real estate closing scheduled. All items must be removed by 7 PM on 9/12/23 at 7PM. LOCATION: 5640 Montour Rd. Gibsonia, PA 15044 Please bring packing materials & assistance to carry & load your items. We will do our best to move & load your items but cannot guarantee our assistance. Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper within 24 hours of the pickup date (TUESDAY 7/12/23) Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping. Your items will then be shipped. Please be patient. Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week. This process may take up to a week to 10 days. Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes. ***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility. If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Premier Postal is not a Pick Up or Holding Facility.
