* Bidding will close on September 12, 2023 @ 6:00 P.M. -the 1 st 3 lots will start at close at 6:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until final 3 lots are closed.
* Pickup date of items will be on September 13 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at Storage Unit 9, 1 Block North of Verizon in Rock Valley, IA * Terms: Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
