CASH, Credit or Debit Card w/3.% ( 3 percent) process fee. Pre-Approved Good Check (call at least 3 days prior to sale for check approval). We don't open early. Entry Order Sign Up List out on front entrance driveway approx. 5 pm CST, Tues. Oct. 10. It's usually on lawn chair in plastic bag. Be prepared, due to any home's hallway layout, there can be staggered and delayed entry into the home, it just depends on how slow foot traffic flow moves along in the home's layout. Bring your patience with you for this home entry process. We'll get you inside as soon as we can with safety in mind. No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents or injury. Always watch your step & your head. We don't carry. Bring your own competent adult labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Removal on SALE DAY. Make sure to watch when moving items that floors aren't scratched and keep distance from walls so they're not touched. Please respect neighbors & not block mail boxes or driveways, or park so far off road to ruffle or rut neighbor's grass. Please don't flip cigarette butts in yard, street, driveway or really anywhere, only in receptacle.

Also a 1960's Danish Modern Bar Cart - Tea Cart Elizabeth & Fred Brandt Estate Sale-owners for decades Brandt Hardware on Central Elizabeth age 101 decided it's time to move from her home she's enjoyed 70 years - a pristine clean & organized home. The Brandts' were proprietors of Brandt Hardware which started in 1950's, an original Portage business which everyone relied on, including myself, for home construction, remodeling & fix what's broken projects. Mrs. Brandt today can out pace me going up her basement steps - it is our privilege to manage this Living Estate Sale for this vibrant 101 year old! The MOST clean & organized home we've ever been in.
