The sale we've prepared for you this weekend is in the heart of Ahwatukee again!!! It's a direct neighbor house to the one we have done just few months ago, and we will have so many splendid items and collector's items to sell here! 

Starting with the living room and a Natuzzi collection leather sofa and loveseat as well as another three seat leather sofa - it will all be priced to sell! We will have an amazing selection of electronics here too from Sony DEA receiver to Paradigm high end speakers, Paradigm 7000 series sub and middle speaker, to different VHS and DVD players and recorders... We also have a Karastan Studios wool rug here for sale, as well as high quality art and decor...

The tools, although maybe not all pictured are here! We have numerous sporting good supplies, such as Coleman sleeping bags, Coleman sleeping folding bed with mattress, Ozark Trail sleeping bag, Lousiville Slugger bats, numeorus Rawlings and other brand baseballs, Wilson tennis rackets, Easton umpire youth game padding and suit protection, tons of camping supplies, hand tools, gardening tools, wheelbarrow, ladder, water skis, hand tools, trek 800 bicycle, murray comber cruiser bike, and so much more! 

Some of the furniture in the living room, dining room and family room is extremely well made, Amish handwork style, such as the corner cabinet or the dining table with two leafs and 8 chairs - very solid and in beautiful condition - as well as the bar chairs...

The closets will have plenty of Notre Dame college swag - such as vintage t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, etc. We'll have multiple vintage jackets from 1970s and Disneyland and Disneyworld sweatshirts, jackets and t-shirts as well! Sport jacket designers include Oscar De La Renta, Valentino and other French and Italian designers mostly... And last but not least we have multiple lambswool vintage sweaters to sell here by different European and American brands as well as ones that have been handmade...

The lounge chairs outside were made by Sunbrella company, and we have some stacking chairs here too, as well as Tommy Bahama folding chairs, firepit, umbrellas, grilling accessories, patio covers, etc

In the kitchen we  will present you a great set of pfaltzgraff dishware/pottery in great condition as well with multiple pieces, like new Hampton flatware, new steak knives, new and like new linens, table cloths, Crate and Barrel runners and other Williams Sonoma brands. There is plenty of Melanine dishware and Disney type plates and bowls. 

This house also features a set of bedroom furniture by Thomasville with a two mirror dresser, nightstand and Queen size bed. We have a Twin size liek new mattress and spring board bed in a guest room too! The master does feature solid wood Stanley nightstands and dresser with dark wood frame mirror. The office furniture within the living room area also includes same solid wood Stanley desk with hutch and like new office chair... 

Please be aware that at this sale we will have numerous 45rpm read along vinyl and book for sale, along with plenty of vintage and more current books, tons of games, board games, Wii accessories, etc.
