- This auction will have a soft close. A soft close means the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1 minute if a bid is placed on that lot in the last minute.

-There will be a staggered closing starting at the noted time. This means the first lot will close at the scheduled closing time and thereafter each lot closes sequentially every 5 seconds. NOTE: the bidding will close on intervals in conjunction with the lots closing.
