You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. MCM, many books, glassware, vintage clothing, vintage fishing rods/reels, Asian, china, water colors, oils , old prints, MCM large ceramic and brass lamps, holiday, vintage kitchen, linens, garage, collectibles. Fun 70's furniture, dining table /chairs, coffee table, marble top side tables, rocking chairs, upholstered side chairs, and loads of decorative accessories. A beautiful 1970s custom built home, with a sprawling front yard on a charming cut de sac near, but not on (famous, but secret) Cherry Lake. If you grew up here in Newport, you know about Cherry Lake. It is a natural spring fed lake that we all fished in when we were kids. Now there are houses built all around and access is limited to residents, but the memory lingers on, and so does Cherry Lake!
