Flint Estate Sale September 8th & 9th 9AM - 4PM Sale will be near Beecher Road and Westcombe Ave Address will be available September 7th We accept Cash, Credit Cards. 3.5% processing fee will be added to sale if using Credit Cards. All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made. No public bathrooms available. Home is small and loaded with lots of items purchased from boutique shops. Most items are in new condition with tags attached or gently used. Sale will be first come first serve, home is full and not much room anywhere, so we will have to limit number of people in home. Sale will take place on main floor of home, basement and garage.
