There is no guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. This is the First of 2 auctions for the Smith family. This Auction inlcudes the contents of the house in Wasilla while the next one will feature the Grass Seed Farm Equipment in Trapper Creek.
All the items in this auction are extremely well cared for and in good condition. This auction features multiple Machentanz prints, an original Barbara Lavelle, High Quality furniture, Generators, Like new snowblower, lawn mower and other tools. It also features 25 bags (35-50lbs) of native Northern Grass produced by his Seed Company being sold in lots of 5.
