Triple A Realty is offering this real estate at auction online with reserve. The high bidder will need to sign the purchase and sale agreement electronically immediately following the auction, and the $5,000.00 earnest money must be received by 10:00am the day following the auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction close. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the high bid. If accepted, the sale is to close within 30 days for cash. Seller requires any pre-auction offers to be made within 12 hours of auction close. If seller accepts any pre-auction offer before the auction ends, the auction will be suspended. Buyer will pay all closing fees. The property taxes will be prorated at closing. Property is sold as-is, where-is; inspection and due diligence are the responsibility of the buyer.
