Terms of this Sale:

1. The terms of this sale will be strictly adhered to.
2. ONLY 10 people at a time will be allowed into the home. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. As people leave additional people will be let in.
3. A sign in sheet will be posted at 8:00 a.m. However, the number will start at 10 then 11, 12 and so on. The first 10 to enter will be by pre-arranged appointment only.
4. Due to the area we are having this sale in, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY POSTED SIGNS SAYING ESTATE SALE. You will need to use your GPS and it will take you right to the house. The entrance is through the Lake Martin Country Club.

First of all without YOU, our customers we could not provide an amazing auction experience and have it be a success. With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation.
******We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be sales tax applied to this sale. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS TAKE IT UP WITH THE STATE DEPTARTMENT OF REVENUE. We don't make the rules, we just follow them.
******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues.
******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc.....
******We take cash or local approved check for this sale.
******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
******We do not pre-sell items. Anyone willfully violating any of the terms and conditions of this sale will be asked to leave and will be banned from any future events by our company.
