Due to poor data coverage, we will not be able to accept credit and debit payments at the Sheffield sale site. Credit card payments may be made online prior to arrival. We will do our best to answer calls when reception allows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. One of the world's top grain handling equipment manufacturers is disposing of unused and excess equipment from their Sheffield, Iowa plant. The facility has gated access. If the gate is closed, buzz the call box to be let in.
The plant is located on Lark Avenue / Highway S34, 3 miles west and one mile north of Sheffield. When coming from the south, a large "BROCK" sign will be visible.
Note that not all items are located at the seller's Sheffield address. Other items at locations off-site:

Lot 63 & 64: XXX, Mason City, IA 50401 (winning bidders call for address)
