PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions. We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items. DO NOT call and ask for special individualized pick-up dates and times as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed. No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. If purchasing furniture or larger items, you will need to bring appropriate help as employees do not provide lifting or moving assistance. Items in the lower level of the home will need to be removed through the basement door and around the side of the house. There is a stone landscaping and small hill that you will have to bring items up. The use of dollys is not permitted in the home. Items - stands, risers, etc. used for photography purposes are not included in the lots unless stated in the description.
