Collinsville Estate Sale We are hosting the ‘second-round’ of a fun and great priced sale. With rust, tools, décor, antiques, linens and hardware galore, you are sure to find a treasure or two! Here are a few guidelines to help us all have a great time: We are allowing kids inside this event as long as they are with a parent or guardian and stay by your side. Our goal is for us all to have a great time and be safe. Sorry, no restrooms on site. However, there are a couple of awesome restaurants in town and right across the road! Cash only! We may be able to get internet access, but if we don’t there is an ATM across the road. All items as is where is. No refunds. No exchanges. All items to be considered used. We reserve the right to remove any items or verify pricing. Understand tag switching can occur and we need to fix it when found. If the sale is very busy, we may limit the number of folks in at any one time. No pricing will be given over the phone or via email. Please do not call or email as we are too busy to answer questions regarding this sale. Discounts will be handled by Tonya or Ray only. No discounts the first day. Please do not ask. Please do not enter any areas flagged off limits. There will be some areas for hold. Large items must remain where they are and if you are buying it, you need to get a sold ticket from one of our team. Do not pull tickets or use your own tags. If you ask us to place a sold ticket, then you must buy it. Again, if you ask us to hold any item you are agreeing to buy that item. Items are only held for a certain amount of time.
