Bidding Concludes: Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, starting @ 6:30 p.m.

Pick up items:  Thursday, August 10th, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. only.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days.  

Auction Type: Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is near the intersections of Detroit Rd and Hilliard Blvd on Bassett Rd in Westlake, OH.

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.
