By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated:

1. PORT CITY AUCTIONS strives to accurately describe the items being sold. All property offered for sale is strictly AS-IS WHERE-IS with all faults.

Changes in Circumstances:
All aspects of this Auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to at anytime and in the Auctioneer�s sole and absolute discretion make changes.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the exact condition of the property. No statement in this auction or by representatives of Port City Auctions shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Oral and written descriptions given by its staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.


By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the property, have chosen not to examine it, or have hired an independent agent to examine the property for you.

2. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to withdraw the auction for any reason deemed appropriate. Port City Auctions shall always have the right to withdraw at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.

3. There is an 10% buyer�s premium for on-line bidding. There is no discount offered for Internet bidding. Fees charged by Internet platforms are the bidder's responsibility.

4. Defaulted bidders will be black-flagged in our database as unable to bid on Port City Auctions online platform from that point forward. We reserve the right to sell to the next highest qualified Bidder and/or Buyer in the event the successful high Bidder and/or Buyer do not comply with the terms of the sale. By bidding on the property in the auction, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

5. WINNING BID NOTIFICATION:
Final bid acceptance will be approved by Surf City Council members with a few days.
You will then be contacted via phone and/or email. Please ensure you put the best contact information for you.

THERE IS A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ACCEPTED BID BY WIRE TRANSFER.

6. PAYMENT: Non-refundable deposit is due within 3 days of the end of the auction through wire transfer to Port City Auctions escrow account. The balance will be due within 60 days of executed contract. Current bids on the internet will be executed on your behalf during the auction by, Hibid.com, or other viable Internet platforms. However, Port City Auctions cannot be held Liable for live internet bids that are not sent, received, or executed by the administrator.

7. Legal Fees: Negative feedback, publicly posted comments and/or all complaints resulting from bidder's failure to read and/or understand terms & conditions will be aggressively pursued by legal counsel with bidder(s) responsible for all legal fees.
