I am deeply sorry for those of you that went out to the sale today. Unfortunately the HOA has the power to do whatever they please and didn’t bother to tell the owner or me about shutting the sale down. I would have notified everyone via the internet of the problem but I did not find out about it until 6:45 AM while putting out the signs. We thought we might have a chance of getting them to change their minds but that was a futile effort. We are good to go Saturday and have extended the hours. Please don’t worry about them closing us down as I just spoke with the Chief of Security and his on our side.  

A one day sale.

As usual we will be passing out numbers at 7:00 AM. We are still trying to work out the parking cones situation with the security chief. If we cannot get their permission please only park on the odd numbered side of the street which is opposite the sale house. My minivan will be parked in the drive way with signs all over it as we cannot place a sign in the lawn.
