We accept cash, and credit cards. If using credit card we do charge 3.5% processing fee. Please bring help for loading large items. We are not responsible for accidents. Please be kind and courteous to neighbors and do not block driveways or mail boxes. All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made. |

Lapeer Estate Salej July 28th & 29th 1/2 off Saturday July 29 Everythung Must Go Sale will be Near M-24 and M-21 Address will be available July 27th We accept Cash & Credit Cards. 3.5% processing fee will be added to sale if using Credit Cards. Home is pet and smoke free, sale will take place on main floor of home, basement and shed out back. Most of the hunting and fishing will be in the basement and shed. Entrance will be thru the front door, Sale will be 1st come first serve. Home is small we may have to limit amount of people entering the home. Parking will be street parking please do not block neighbor driveways. All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied.
