Bidding Concludes: Tuesday, 7/18/23, starting at 6:30pm

Pick up Items: Wednesday, 7/19/23 from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. only.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days. 

Auction Type:  Absolute, no reserves

 

Pick up location is between State Route 83 and Mennell Rd in Grafton, OH.

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

  • If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with the actual pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You are required to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice OR pay with exact cash at pick up. (No Credit Card payments are permitted at pick-up site; no personal checks accepted.)
