AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Basic Terms & Conditions: Valid Credit card required for bidding approval.10% buyers premium. Buyers Premium is donated to the scholarship fund. Not responsible for accidents or articles after sold. All items are sold as-is. All items are being made daily at the LaPorte County Fair the week of July 9th - 15th. You may view these items in person in the commerical building. Pick Up will be Tuesday, July 18th or Wednesday, July 19th at the LaPorte County Fair Office. The fair office is collecting all payments at pick up. Shipping & Handling: NO SHIPPING OFFERED AT THIS AUCTION. If you bid and require shipping your card on file will be ran with a 4% surcharge and your item will be forfeited. |
