TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) Request for shipping needs to be made prior to bidding. The number of boxes and how items are packed are up to the auctioneers discretion. Items are packed with care and every effort is made for items to arrive safely and in the most affordable way.

2) Payment or Arrangements for payment must be made by noon after the auction close. Invoices that are not paid by noon following the auction are subject to the auctioneers discretion.

3) If you are going to want to pay with cash at pickup, please notify us prior to the auction ending. (765)744-4526

4) If you are going to buy something at this auction, please make note of the PICKUP day and time:
THURSDAY, AUGUST 3, 4:00-7:00 PM.

There is a $10/lot moving fee if we remove your SMALL ITEMS because you made other arrangements or forgot to come to the pickup. After the sale, we are not responsible for damage or misplacement of said lots.

5) PREVIEW: Monday, July 17, 4:00-7:00

6) PICKUP: Friday, July 21, 4:00-7:00 PM

7) ANY arrangements made for later pickup ($10/SMALL LOTS) need to be made prior to the auction closing. Please make note of the PICKUP times.

8) Items will be held 7 days for pickup! After that, there isn't a guarantee that your item will be available.

9) Shipping of small (<12") items is available. There is a $10/item charge for handling/packaging + shipping. Please let us know in advance if you intend to buy something that needs shipped. We have the right to refuse shipping large items or multiple breakable items. Thank you!

11) Bidding Increments: Shirey Farms Auction Services reserves the right to determine bid increments.

12) Auction End Time: Our auctions have an auto-extend or soft close which may allow certain items to go beyond the specified end time. These extensions are based on bid activity at the time of close. Items close in numerical order.

13) Outbid Notification: Bidders will be notified via email when they have been outbid. Please note that email notifications may be delayed due to internet connections/speed and the bidder is responsible for tracking their bids. 14) Property Information & Inspection: All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. Items have not been authenticated. Every bidder agrees that his/her decision to bid on an item and the amount that he/she bids are based solely on the bidder's inspection/evaluation of the auction item. Neither the company providing the software or Shirey Farms Auction Services shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 17) Buyer assumes responsibility and risk of loss or damage at the time the item is declared sold. Buyers are responsible for making sure that all items purchased are accounted for before leaving the designated pickup location. Please bring your invoice to track items as they are picked up.

19) A Convenience Fee of 15% will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price.

The William's family has a passion for collecting and restoring some interesting pieces of history! Charles Williams was a well-known and dedicated collector of Canning Jars and has a collection (2000+ jars) of unique and very collectible jars along with several additional jar related collectibles. SOME jars are perfect and look like they were never used. MOST of them have minor lip chips. **Preview Monday, July 31, 4-7pm! Jars will be available for handling and inspection. **Auction CLOSE: TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, beginning at 8:00pm **Another note... PICKUP IS THURSDAY, AUGUST 3, 4:00-7:00. **And another note... Shipping: We will gladly ship fruit jars. Each priority 12 x 12 x 8 box will hold 4 jars. Large purchases will take additional time and multiple boxes.
