Imlay City Estate Sale July 7th & 8th 9AM - 4PM Sale will be on Clear Lake Road Near M-24 Address will be available July 6th We accept Cash, Credit Cards. 4% processing fee will be added to sale if using Credit Cards. All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made. No public bathrooms available. All items for sale have been moved to pole barn. Pole barn does have cement floor for easy walking, lots of parking and easy access for removal of items. Items are smoke free and pet free. Home is very clean and neat. Items may be a little dusty from being in pole barn, all items are in good condition. Item List:
