All bidders in auction must be signed in. Auction sale (s) are NOT contingent on financing or inspections of any kind (all inspections must be done prior to start of auction.) Real Property sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO Warranties or Guarantees. Groupings will be offered on the two residential homes.
