All persons desiring to bid online and live must be registered prior to the auction and must have obtained a Bidder's Number. Must be 18 years of age to register with picture ID.

JD Newell Auctioneers, Inc., herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed, to group individual lots into larger lots for sale, to subdivide lots into smaller lots forsake, or to sell all lots in bulk when it is in the best interest of the Seller.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, or refund will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the merchandise and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment.

The Auctioneer is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auctioneer.
Settlement must be made in full immediately upon the completion of the auction by cash, or credit card. Merchandise not paid for and removed within the specified time period may be resold without notice.

Upon the sale of each lot, the Auctioneer announces the final sale price and successful Bidder number. All questions or disputes regarding Buyer, lot identity, price or quantity must be resolved immediately upon the sale of the lot. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The record of the sale kept by the Auctioneer and will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

All persons attending preparation, inspection, sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer of liability.

All descriptions of items for sale contained or provided orally or in writing at the time of the auction are believed to be correct, but the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any such description, and hereby specifically disclaims any such warranty.

The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the conclusion of the auction and before departing the auction premises (live auction) or by cash or credit card or wire transfer. Your credit card on file is charged after auction closes.

All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. These are IMPOUNDED OR ABANDONED VEHICLES from a Licensed Vehicle Storage Facility in Texas. Owner/Lienholder were notified the vehicles were never reclaimed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview. It is up to bidder to preview. Any buyer refusing to pay for vehicles will be banned from bidding at any future auctions. No allowance or refund will be given. Any descriptions are for identification purposes only. Vehicle Paperwork: A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate (VTR265 VSF) FROM TEXAS or a title will be issued on the vehicle. IF A VEHICLE IS MARKED PARTS ONLY YOU WILL BE GIVEN A BILL OF SALE ONLY. Take the Storage Lien packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invioce. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. If there is any issue with the paperwork please contact us immedietly. IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TAX OFFICE BEFORE BIDDING ON VEHICLE. SOME STATES WILL NOT TAKE PAPERWORK FROM TEXAS. WE WILL NOT TRANSFER YOUR VEHICLE FOR YOU IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE. CHECK WITH YOUR DMV PRIOR TO BIDDING.
