Entry Protocol for First Day of Sale - First person who arrives - please park in front of house and start list. Photo it, once you sign it, remain until a Pink Lady employee arrives. We will honor that list. We will be honoring the same list for the House & Basement
The basement/carport will be open at 9am on the first day - Please note the Basement is strictly an "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" We suggest Flashlights (very poor lighting), Gloves, Masks & boots (there may be water) for the Basement. Items in the basement are sparse. House will open at 9:30am on First Day NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY UNLESS PICKING UP LARGE ITEMS. PLEASE OBEY ALL PARKING RULES. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, MAIL BOXES OR FIRE HYDRANT. No Presales - No early Birds - Prices will not not be released prior to the start of the sale Please bring your own bags and packing materials for all purchases & bring your own help/tools for large/heavy purchases. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN - Please test all items before leaving the home CASH & CREDIT CARDS (convenience fee applies) ACCEPTED FOR ALL ONSITE PURCHASES -ALL SALES FINAL. - NO REFUNDS or RETURNS - NO LARGE HANDBAGS/BAGS - NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. -ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS / AS FOUND. - NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS Lastly, Feel free to reach out to Sarah for any comments, concerns or suggestions as it it our goal to provide a positive experience for both our customers and clients- If you are happy with your experience please like us on Facebook or even provide a review on Google, Yelp or Facebook.
