Cash, Good Check or Cedit Card accepted for payment -Nothing removed until paid for. All purchases will be ran on the Credit Card on File, following the Close of the Auction, unless noted at registration or notification prior to the start of the Auction Close.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Dates: May 24th 12:30pm Central to 6:00 PM.

Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage. Anything after 7days will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund . They will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
