Terms: Cash, Check, Credit Card. Sale will commence on Thursday, May 18th at 10am (no early birds). This is a 3 day sale. We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards (for amounts over $10). Hours 10am to 6pm Thursday May 18th, Friday May 19th and Saturday May20th. We will help load large items. We would ask people who purchase large items on Thursday morning to pick them up later in the afternoon that day or Friday and Saturday. Large items can also be picked up on Monday after the sale. Please be courteous of the neighbors. The driveway is for pickups. We will be discounting all items on Friday by 25%, Saturday 50%.

This is a lovely estate located in the Kahite neighborhood. All the furniture is in excellent condition. Of particular note is the large leather sectional sofa by Sherrill Furniture which would cost today over $18,000 to replace. Additionally, there is a faithful copy of Maurice Brazil Prendergast's Central Park Post-Impressionist Oil on Canvas purchased in Hawaii at a gallery in the 1970's with original receipt for $1000 and signed Gustave Chabert. The rare handmade vintage Swiss Jaeger LeCoultre Jumbo Automatic Memovox Watch with Alarm will be a prize for the serious watch collector.
