Removal/Pick-Up: By appointment only- ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE SALE CLOSING. Winning Bidders will receive emailed invoices with contact information to make an appointment for pickup. 

Payment: Winning Bidders are charged within 24 hours of the county approval of the high bid. There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all county sales. Double-check your emailed invoice to make sure it is paid; if a balance is due please follow the link to pay PRIOR to making an Appointment for Pick-Up. We will accept Certified/Cashier’s Checks. Be sure to let us know if this is how you intend to pay.

Tax Exemption: Cash Auctions will no longer be accepting Tax Exemption Certificates. We will not be refunding tax on any invoices; we will ONLY be accepting tax exempt forms for Exempt Organizations (Non-Profits, ST-119.1) and Automotive/Car Dealerships (ST-120 for Vehicles). All other purchasers will be charged the appropriate sales tax regardless of exemption status- If you believe your purchase is tax exempt you can complete an AU-11 on the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance Website for a refund.

Helpful Terms:
Maximum Bid- This is the MOST you are willing to pay for an item (before Buyer’s Premium/Tax); It is your Best Bid. The site uses this Max Bid to automatically bid (up to your Max) against others that are bidding on the same item. This allows you to place all your bids in advance if you are unable to or do not wish to watch the Lots as they close.
Soft/Extended Close- As a lot is closing, if a bid is placed in the Final 2 Minutes, the closing time will restart the countdown from 2 Minutes. This is to prevent “Bid Sniping” and will allow someone who is outbid a chance at rebuttal.
Lots-Per-Minute/Staggered Lots- Lots in our auction will not all close simultaneously at the listed end time. Instead, they will begin to close at a rate of "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots per minute, depending on how many lots are in the auction (Vehicle Auctions will close at a rate of 1 lot per 2 minutes). This means the first "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots will end at the closing time, but the next "x" (usually 3 or 4) will close the minute after, and so on. The closing time for each lot can be seen counting down, at all times. We always try to make sure an auction will be complete within 2 hours of the initial closing time.

Mechanical Condition: Started and ran with a jump. Loud metal squeal when the wheel is turned at all. Engine also whines when revving.

Interior Condition: Wear hole in the driver side floor mat. Aside from that, the interior looks pretty good.

Mechanical Condition: Started and drove without a jump. Exhaust has a hole somewhere. It's loud.
Body Condition: Some small dents, scratches and some adhesive remaining from where the county seals were peeled off. Some sticker remnants still there. Paint is starting to bubble at the front lip of the hood. Small amount of rust is starting to form on the rear gate.
Interior Condition: Only one rear seat, Vehicle was used as a K-9 assigned vehicle. Rear door panels have been replaced with solid sheeting. Center console was replaced with a D&R Electronics utility console. Overhead console sunglass box is broken and on passenger floor. Small rip in driver seat cloth. Stitching coming apart on driver side door panel armrest. See pictures.

Mechanical Condition: Will start and run. Injectors are gummed up from it sitting for so long. Once its running, RPMs will increase until it is turned off. Will need a new set of injectors to make it drivable. No other mechanical problems known.
Body Condition: Some small dings, dents and scratches. Passenger side tread plate is bent up in the front and will need to be bolted back down. Drivers side blind spot mirror is cracked and bolt cover is starting to corrode. Windshield is cracked on drivers side. Drivers side mirror housing is cracked. Passenger side mirror bolt cover is missing. All minor cosmetic issues, no major damage at all.
Interior Condition: Sleeper cab has a raised roof with windows and shutters. Uniden Bearcat CB radio installed on dash. Passenger seat is torn, drivers seat is dirty. Some panels have been removed from the dash but all appear to be there on the floor. Has bunks with mattresses in the sleeper compartment. Some panels have been taken down in the sleeper compartment as well, but they appear to be placed on the beds. Lots of storage space!
Additional Comments: Engine was fully rebuilt in May of 2012 by Detroit Diesel. Engine has less mileage than the odometer reads. Apologies for the poor video quality on this one!

Mechanical Condition: Started with a jump. Sounds like the motor has some piston slap going on. Didn't want to risk moving it. 
Body Condition: Rear window is broken out. Has some small dings and part of the 4.8is decal on the passenger side is broken off. A piece of trim is missing from the rear passenger side wheel well. There is a rip in the metal to the left of the rear window. See pictures.
Interior Condition: The interior is very worn and weathered. It has been sitting for over a year with no back window.

Mechanical Condition: Started with a jump, ran it back and forth with no issues apart from the tires being flat.
Body Condition: There is one small dent in the passenger side door. Some smaller scratches in the paint. Driver and passenger doors look like someone tried to break in to the vehicle by prying to doors with a screwdriver. Chrome accent trim and weather stripping above the doors are damaged.
Interior Condition: Rear panels on both seats are disconnected. interior is dirty but there is no major damage. Steering wheel is worn.
