This is a rather interesting estate sale. For two weeks prior to the full estate sale at this gigantic 5,000 sq. ft. house we are inviting everyone that has a need for nice office furniture, office equipment and work out machines to pre buy the items.. Why wait when we are overflowing with them? Since this is a departure from our normal sales, we have to have this by appointment only. Call me at 352.206.0406 to set up your time. We will be flexible on the dates and times. All customers will be restricted to two and 1/2 floors of this mansion during this phase as all of the rest of the house will be in the process of being organized. You will have pictures of everything else in the house as soon as possible. The pricing will be negotiable right from the start. Name your price and we will work from there. I hope this new process will be pleasing to everyone that needs a lot (or a little) of really nice office furniture and equipment. I cannot itemize everything verbally but the pictures tell it all.
