1) Preview by appointment only in Allentown, PA. If you wish to preview any items, send a request to local.svauction@gmail.com or call 215-444-5353. We will contact you to set up an appointment.

2) Auction pre bidding goes live on May 4th and auction live closing starts May 16th at 2:00pm

3) . Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at the Merchant's Square Mall, 1901 S 12th St, Allentown, PA .(YES 1 MORE AUCTION AT THE MSM!) Pull around to the back of the building last set of double doors. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped.

4) If you are buying furniture, it is important that you BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO LOAD THE ITEMS. WE WILL NOT MOVE THEM FOR YOU. All furniture will be available on the loading dock. There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements.

5) Smaller items can be shipped, shipping is mostly done in house or we can recommend a shipper to you. If you want to ship an item it is YOUR responsibility to have it picked up with the times of our office hours. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.

6) Once sale is over, if you won an item/s your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Invoices will be sent following the auction and unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Sales Tax (6%) is applied to PA Residents only per state law and regulations.

7) All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled days unless other arrangements are made (call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium is applied to all purchases and if applicable a 3% credit card fee may apply. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction.

8) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
