ONLINE AUCTION: ENDS Sunday, May 21 at 4pm ** This is a staggered CLOSING. This means the auction will begin to close at 4pm with 20 seconds between each lot. The closing time of each lot will be entended automatically an additional 2 minutes when there is active bidding. CLICK LIVE CATALOG to follow along. LIVE IN PERSON PREVIEW: Friday, May 19, 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Hessney Auction Center. - PAYMENT: We will run the Credit Card you register with after the completion of the auction. * All buyers will be charged 13% buyers premium regardless of payment type. and 7.5% NYS sales tax if you are a NY buyer. If you are tax exempt you must send us a copy of your resale certificate PRIOR to auction closing, once cards are ran we cannot refund sales tax. PICK UP: Please be aware of pick up days and pick up at those times, we need items to be removed during these times so we can set up more auctions. ** Monday and Tuesday following the auction. 930-5 pm All other items left will be shipped to buyers at their expense *Shipping is available on autographs, see auction details. ** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed. Everything is sold AS IS. WHERE IS. All Sales are Final- No Returns. Hessney Auction Co. provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subjected to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Hessney Auction Co. and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee. * Condition is listed with obvious flaws, or noted if firearm are new, unfired in box. "As New" does not mean "New" it is a condition report, meaning the firearm is "as new condition". If a firearm is brand new- unfired, it will be listed as so. Buyers Premium: All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction advertisments, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. * This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. * NO CHARGEBACKS< You agree to all terms & conditions when registering and placing all bids. It is the buyer responsibility to pick up or set up shipments. * Some items may be sold per peice. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (Example "$12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00) |

These autographs are part of a large collection of thousands of sports, politics, entertainment, Academy Award Winners, Senators, Presidential, Congress, Governors, Pulitzer Prizes, Television HOF, Olympians & more. We will be selling these in the coming months by subject.
This online auction includes over 400 autographs of assorted Hollywood entertainers and stars.
Auction Bidding ends: Sunday, May, 21 starting at 4:00pm

We run the Credit Card (Visa, MC or Discover) you register with after the completion of the auction.
* Please allow at least 4 hours after the ENTIRE auction has ended to recieve an invoice.
* All buyers will be charged 13% buyers premium regardless of payment type. and 7.5% NYS sales tax if you are a NY buyer. If you are tax exempt, you must send us a copy of your resale certificate PRIOR to the auction closing.
PICK UP INFORMATION:
* You agree to pick up dates and times per Terms and Conditions, Please be aware of dates and times, we cannot keep holding items past pick up dates.

All other items left will be shipped to buyers at their expense
* SHIPPING:
Shipment is available- SHIPMENTS FOR ALL AUTOGRAPH AUCTIONS WILL BE NO HANDLING CHARGE
You will be emailed and/or texted a link from Shipping Saint and Hessney Auction Co., you are asked to choose "Shipping" or "Pick up' If you select shipping, our staff will gather your items once moved to our shipping area you will receive another notification, when the items are packed you will get a text and email again with the cost and have to pay for your label as well as a tracking number. Once paid we will print it out and mail it. Please be patient. We have 100's of packages to send out each week and a small staff, however we try our best to keep all costs low.
Costs to buyers for shipping is based on USPS or UPS and the above handling charge.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* All autographs shipments that are in envelopes will have no handling added.
We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS . The cost of shipping and insurance will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
WE CANNOT GIVE QUOTES- Most autographs can ship first class in a large envelope- most are under $10 1 Collection Information: Most of the items in this auction up to #235 have a 3x5 card with a short bio of the Individual in the collection- this is not listed in description, but there is one with most every lot.
