A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $1000 will be applied. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intent to pay for the items you win. If there is a charge back on items you bid on, you will be charged $1000 plus court cost.

We will be emailing an invoice within 3 days of the ending of the auction. The email will list your purchases and any shipping and handling charges. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of bidder receiving their invoice. Payments must be received and cleared before any items is shipped or picked up.

SHIPPING
We can ship worldwide. Packaging, shipping and insurance on all item will be available to all won bids.
Most items will be package by us. Some items that are unusually shaped or require special packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, all items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. We ship through USPS or FedEx. For shipping questions please contact Stephanie Viverette at 252-458-4579 or by email thesomewhereintimeantiques@yahoo.com. We are not responsible for the damaged items due to shipping. If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact the post office or FedEx to file a claim. To file a claim, you will need the shipping/mailing label.
