Payments for online auctions are Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover which incur a 5% upcharge plus a 10% Buyers Premium Resulting in a 15% buyers fee. Purchases requiring shipping must be arranged by calling 815-289-7904 and paid by credit card. 1. You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold 'As-is Where-is' with no guarantees of any kind. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full 24 hours from end of auction. At the end of auction the credit card that you used to register your online account with will be charged. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card you will be charged a $20.00 service fee and your account could be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $20 service charge and any other applicable charges or fees must be paid. Credit Card is the only accepted method of payment. 4. Irene Auction LLC will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. By bidding on an item, it is assumed that the buyer is satisfied with said item even if online. 5. According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during pick-up time. Irene Auction LLC recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 6. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own truck, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Irene Auction LLC cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. 7.Irene Auction LLC staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 8. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated above per the Terms and Conditions. Unless you have made specific arrangements with Irene Auction LLC prior to conclusion of auction, there will be a $20 per day, per lot charge on any items not picked up in the allotted time frame. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file every day for 7 calendar days and after 7 calendar days, your items will be considered forfeited and may be sold again at a future sale or discarded based on Irene Auction LLC discretion. All storage fees will apply and be charged even if the items have been considered forfeited. 9. There is a 15% fee added to the hammer price of all lots online (includes 10% buyer premium & 5% credit card surcharge). 10. All of our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 6 items per minute. 11. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids. 12. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. 13. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. 14. The Auction Company also reverves the right to decline someone from bidding on an auction at the Auctioneers discretion. 15. The charge for loading equipment at pick up is $100.00 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour. 16. The Buyers Premuim is retained by Irene Auction Company. 17. All titles will be signed before receiving titled items. 18. Irene Auction Company will not be held responsible for breakage in shipped items. All packages are insured and buyer will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier if breakage occurs.
Pickup is Saturday 5/13/23 from 1PM to 3PM 929 Irene rd Cherry Valley, IL 61016 Unless shipping arrangements have been made in advance by Emailing Chris at cfreeman3160@gmail.com. There is a $5.00 per box handling fee per shipment plus the cost of shippng. Shipping costs will also incur a 5% surcharge for credit cards. Early Pick up will be available. If you have a conflict with pick up call Chris at 815-289-7904. IF YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PICK UP DATE, THEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SHIPPED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. If you request items be brought back to the auction house, there will be a $5.00 handling fee and will only be done if there is room and on a first serve basis. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged if pickup is missed and you request items be brought back after the fact for porch pick-up. Please use social distancing rules. Stay in your car if someone is already picking up items. Only one person picking up items at a time. You are responsible for supplying any tools, straps or any other items needed for transport. You are also responsible for loading your own items at pick up. |
