Payment Instructions: All invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the end of the auction and will require payment BEFORE packaging for shipping or scheduling of pick-up occurs. Merchant’s Wares reserves the right to require payment through Wire Transfer over $500.

If Payment is made Tuesday morning following the auction, we should be able to pack and ship before by Wednesday morning. Priority will be given to paid invoices and those who pick Shipping and/or a Pick Up Time. If the invoice is not paid by Wednesday morning, we may not be able to pack your items until the following week. This is NEW to our system. We may shift our times in future auctions. If payment is not made before the Pick Up times, you will be charged a $25 Rescheduling Fee, in addition to any late payment fees. A late payment fee of $5 per lot per day may be charged 9 days after the original invoice date. After 30 days of non-payment of invoice or of shipping, items will be considered abandoned.

After payment is received, winning bidders will receive a Shipping Saint Notification with Options to Schedule a PickUp or to Select Shipping. Merchant’s Wares will not package items for shipping until items are paid for in full. If non-payment delays Pick Up past Scheduled PickUp times, you will be charged a $25 late fee to reschedule the PickUp.

With prompt payment, we package and ship quickly. Paid Item Invoice Total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax. Shipping totals include handling/box fee and applicable shipping fees and insurance. Shipping Days are typically Tuesday and Wednesday from our warehouse.

Ringwood NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using Shipping Saint via your email and/or text on file. If you are in-between or nearby Lock Haven PA and Ringwood NJ, please contact us for other options including Silvermoon Antiques in Lewisburg PA. We may deliver for an agreed upon fee.

NJ Residents and NJ Pick Ups will be charged NJ Sales tax. You can register your Sales Tax ID in our system, and NJ residents and NJ Pick Ups with a Sales Tax ID number on file will not be charged sales tax.

As we are often on the road, text messages are often the fastest method of contact to the auctioneer 201-694-9463 - If you want an option other than USPS Priority Mail or UPS for shipping, we appreciate it if you would contact Merchant's Wares before the auction, even if you are unsure if you will win an item.

Shipping Instructions: We use Shipping Saint to manage our Shipping and Pick-Ups - please look for a Shipping Saint invitation following our auctions to choose Pick Up or Shipping. This is not a third party shipper, it is software to organize our Pick-Ups and shipping processes.

We combine multiple winning bids to help our bidders save on shipping. Expect a handling fee of $5-30 per box for this auction, as we will try our best to pack your items appropriately and safely. We have a few sizes to minimize box cost and will try to box your winning bid(s) as efficiently as possible.

All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. Merchant's Wares may attempt to describe the merchandise online and in advertising, or through other means available, but may not be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. IT IS UP TO YOU, as the BUYER, to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions!

It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items. There is NO live portion of this auction, but we do offer a gallery space in Ringwood NJ for inspection when possible.

ALL Pick-ups must be made within two weeks of full payment or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 30 days, they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction.

Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc.

We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections.

Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 9 days after original invoice was sent.
