The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the high bid. If accepted, the sale is to close within 30 days for cash. Seller requires any pre-auction offers to be made within 12 hours of auction close. If seller accepts any pre-auction offer before the auction ends, the auction will be suspended. Buyer will pay all closing fees. The property taxes will be prorated at closing. Property is sold as-is, where-is; inspection and due diligence are the responsibility of the buyer.
