A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Greetings Fellow Shoppers! It’s time for another spectacular Grasons Co Premier Friendly Valley estate sale located in Newhall! This 2-day sale features TONS of Collectibles (including Owl Figurines/Hummel’s/Darby Mint Plates), Thomas Kinkade Plates & Die Cast Cars, Albums, Patio Furniture, Kitchen Essentials, Refrigerators, Furniture (Vintage and Modern) and more! Sunday most items will be 50% off!
Please Note: Entry into the community will only be permitted from (8:30-1p daily). No earlier entry will be permitted. The signup sheet goes out at 8:30am and doors open at 9am…no other sheet started will be honored.
Please do not park in or block the neighbor’s driveways or garages. Do not park anywhere illegally, and adhere to all signs.
