Stunning pair of Victorian era cranberry cut to clear glass lusters with a small shot glass type piece. This beautiful cranberry color is cut to clear, deer, bird, and cottage design, with several hanging crystal prisms. Good condition.

This Colonial Revival Governor Winthrop style secretary desk from the Northwestern Cabinet Company of Burlington, Iowa has refined lines and exceptional workmanship. Circa 1930. The top gallery shelves function as a glass door bookcase/china cabinet with a well-proportioned swan neck pediment and finial above them. Below, the center cavity is a drop front style desk with five small drawers and a central cubby. The base features four stacked serpentine front drawers with bail pulls, and the entire setup rests on beautifully carved claw feet legs. Set of keys included, tested and functional for locking the various doors and drawers. Central cubby inside desk missing knob. Measures 36” wide x 19” deep x 86” tall at widest and tallest points. Contents not included.

Brass floor lamp measuring 58” tall, with three sconce style arms extending from the stem and classic drum lampshades in a deep emerald color. Has a five and a half foot cord attached under the base. Non-functional, wiring could be replaced.

Walnut sideboard with marble top by Abernathy Furniture Manufacturers of Kansas City, MO. This piece measures 31” wide x 16” deep x 29” tall. Features one central drawer and two hinged cabinet doors beneath, with two internal shelves. Has four plastic caster wheels for ease of transport. The marble top is not attached to the rest of the cabinet and can be slid off freely, but holds itself down with its own weight. The wood bears moderate wear from time, but the piece itself is sturdy. All moving parts function as the should, hinges and sliders quiet.

Beautiful and heavily carved antique wood sofa with nail head upholstery. This is pretty heavy, and seems to be in good condition. Upholstery is newer, 89” x 36” x 33”.

Measures 38” h x 15 d x 16 w. Three drawer wicker unit on casters.

Thirty-two collectible campaign/political pins displayed in an oblong brass shadowbox frame on pale red upholstery. The frame measures 15 1/2” x 27” at its widest and tallest points. Featured here are such pins as the Aft Landon 1936 campaign pin, the 1968 Kleenex reproductions of John F. Kennedy and Herbert Hoover’s respective campaign pins, the Franklin Roosevelt 1976 commemorative inauguration pin, the Barry Goldwater 1964 campaign pin, George Wallace 1968 campaign pin, Roosevelt/Truman 1944 campaign pin, and many more. Refer to pictures for all individual pins. This is the personal collection of representative Carol Mays, a member of the Missouri state legislature from 1988-2002, who’s pin is featured centrally in this tableau as well.

Print of George Caleb Bingham’s (1811-1879) piece “Canvassing for a Vote” from 1852. Measuring 29 1/2” by 23 3/4”, set in a fine wooden frame behind glass.

Transforming flip top game/card mahogany pedestal table by the Imperial Furniture Company of Grand Rapids, MI. Circa 1930s. It stands 29” tall with the surface measuring 32” width and length when unfolded and 32” x 16” when collapsed. Features a storage compartment underneath the tabletop that measures 13 1/2” x 11” at its widest points and 3” deep. Metal footcaps in a claw foot style at the end of each leg. Fine craftsmanship, rotation is smooth and quiet, in good shape.

Shaker style stained maple rocking chair with woven rush seat. Ladderback. Study construction, rocks smoothly. 26” tall. Manufacturer’s label is present but illegible, as pictured.

Vintage beige upholstered rocking chair with simplified wooden gooseneck loop arms, measuring 29” w x 29” d x 34 1/2” h. Very comfortable, no tears in the fabric. Smaller scale rocking chair, rocks perfectly smooth and quiet in an approximately 10” axis.

Brass swing arm floor lamp with milk glass torchiere shade, measuring 54 1/2” tall with a 10” base. The adjustable arms consists of two segments that form an elbow, extending fully to one foot in length and turning in an approximate 350 degree circumference. A 50” cord extends from the base, tested and functional.

Antique 19th century Charles Parker Company wood, wrought iron, and glass adjustable height piano stool. With a swivel top seat the stool ranges in height from 17” - 19”. Features wrought iron claw and glass ball feet. 14” at widest point. Includes worn but charming, hand hooked seat cover, depicting a eagle, three stars, and “1776”.

Two cast iron sconces respectively featuring the effigy of an eagle with its talons resting on a shield and a ribbon. 22 1/2” wall sconces with filigree style arms holding the candlesticks. Inscribed with Wilton on the back of each. Two 12” candles included.

Mirror, measuring 39” x 33”. Set in a beautiful dark champagne wood frame with relief carvings of leafy vines and various forest creatures resting and playing within them. In good condition, features four mounting brackets on the back for the options of horizontal or vertical orientation when hanging.

Pair of prints featuring artworks from the Guildhall Art Gallery in London, England. “Flirtation” by J. Seymour Lucas, R.A. (1849-1923), and On the Road From Waterloo to Paris by Marcus Stone, R.A. (1840-1921). Each measures 16 1/4” by 13 1/4” and are set in identical wooden frames behind glass. The back of each print features excerpts concerning the artist and the work itself.

Sessions Clock Co. American victorian bronze column wood case mantle clock. Features six columns along the front and a black lacquer finish, two front claw feet, and decorative lion head knockers on either side. The back is open for easy access to the inner machinations, and it includes two keys of disparate size. The face is capped with a glass portal that opens for winding the clock itself. It measures 15 1/4” x 6” x 12”. Full functionality unknown but it does tick and chime.

Hanging wall clock, 14” wide and 26” tall. Wood construction with inner machinations contained in a shadowbox style cabinet with viewing windows for the face, decorative pendulum, and on either side. Working condition unknown, but includes key and is able to tick and chime.

Ansonia brand dark gingerbread mantle clock, circa 1890’s, includes key. Measures 12” wide and 23” tall. Features a glass viewing door that opens on hinges to access the inner machinations. Free-standing, a little weathered with a few cracks along the body. Full functionality unknown but it does tick and chime.

Seth Thomas Rosewood mantle clock, includes key and autumnal base. Clock measures 12 1/4” x 4 3/4” x 18”. Free-standing, features hinged glass viewing door that spans the entire front and decorative metal pendulum depicting a star. Full functionality unknown but it does tick and chime. Also includes a wooden base plated with embossed metal, measuring 14 1/4” x 5 1/2” x 4”.

Did not look inside, outside is in good condition.

Deep barrel Windsor armchair or captain's chair with carved wood Eagle splat back and black vinyl armrests, 25 1/2“ x 28” x 28 1/2“. The fabric seat is just cover for the base straps, we believe. This really needs a good cushion. We are including a cushion that we found it with, but it is stained.

Tall mid century modern vintage brown swung glass vase with six sided pedestal base.

Look at this gorgeous Windsor comb back writing chair. Just look at it. Marked Bent & Bros, Gardner Mass, 1867 on the bottom. This chair is solid and has aged well with some minimal signs of wear, scratches, and staining.

Great condition vintage 22” galvanized steel wash tub with stand that has wheels. Measures 33” tall with stand.

Vintage wooden six drawer dresser. Dovetail joinery. Lots of wear, scratches and stains. Dresser measures 32 x 18 x 45. See lot 217 for possible matching night stands.

Approximately 5 foot tall. looks like General Foam Plastic Co. Do not see a cord.

Heavy metal, approximately 20x10, good condition, I believe it matches lot 63b. Top lifts. This lots like a Keystone 1920 train car.

Matches lot 63a. Missing some wheels, smokestack is missing. It looks like a Keystone riding train missing the seat and handles but can't find any marking.

Approximately 7 inches tall, not in package, has missing tread around one side of wheels.

The picture of this metal locker doesn’t do the cool vintage color green justice! It has four built in shelves, some rust, and scratches. Just the way we like ‘em. Contents of the locker not included.

Two large aluminum like metal containers, believed to be airline gallery boxes or industrial shipping storage containers. Individual containers measure 19 x 27 x 19.

Large wooden industrial kitchen storage cabinet has two sliding doors with handles, two built in shelves, and is on wheels. There is another pressed wood piece sitting on top. Both are being sold together. ***Contents in pictures not included.

Heavy duty steel and canvas vintage industrial factory laundry cart on wheels. The canvas is pretty dirty and there are a few tiny tears. Otherwise good condition. Measures 25 x 19 x 29.

Stunning silver plated serving ware warming dish with lovely floral patterned revolving roll top, and decorative kings head and paw feet. This item is unmarked.

We believe this to be a Roseville Pottery antique tankard pitcher, however it is unmarked. The pitcher features two Dutch or Holland men/boys on one side and one man/boy on the other side. The pitcher shows it’s age as the paint is worn off completely in some areas. There are a few chips toward the bottom and a chip on the spout.

Vintage made in Japan off white and baby blue kittens in a basket with flowers and bow detail, and an emerald green glass curled up sleeping kitten votive candle holder.

Includes (3) items. A sky blue dish with gold like flecks throughout believed to be blown glass by Murano, a peacock blue footed swung glass vase, and a pastel blue hobnail vase. Items are in good condition with some watermarking and what appears to be air bubbles or chipping in some areas.

Two pieces of silver plated serving dishes include a divided serving tray with lid, marked Mappin & Webb, and a believed to be antique inscribed goblet marked 1881 as an award, Meriden & Company.

Items include a footed sugar bowl with six spoon holders, decorative handles and lid, a hammered like metal coffee container, decorative filigree pattern spoon holder, pewter bell with eagle candle snuffer marked Hudson, brass/copper pouring vessel with wood handle, and a silver plated shell shaped dish.

Vintage white ceramic pitcher and bowl set with embossed grape pattern. Both items are in good shape, showing signs of its age with a slight crackling and a few chips on the underneath side of the bowl. This pitcher has been spotted in the kitchen of the Dragonfly Inn in the series Gilmore Girls!

Vintage nesting bird blue milk glass covered dish is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are no markings on the dish, sticker inside says PV France.

Group of black beauties includes (3) pieces. A Westmoreland marked black amethyst lattice edge square plate, a two handle black amethyst glass basketweave, and a dark blue glass vase. Items are in great condition with no visible chips or cracks.

Group of (6) vintage cobalt blue footed dessert cups are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

This painted pottery bundle includes 7 items. (3) are marked and others are not. Bundle has a tiny off white pot with wooden spoon is marked Inca ware from China, a “sack pot”, artisan made by Tobie’s Pottery out of Tennessee, one small teal painted cup marked USA, one off white medium vase, goofy face textured mug, and pair of brown pitcher with stopper and small cup. Each are in good condition with no visible chips or cracks.

This trio of feminine home decor includes (1) tiny glazed porcelain like hand, (1) small marble like hand holding a fan vase, and (1) medium sized glazed pottery like woman’s face vase. The hand fan vase appears to have a few chips along the vase rim. The woman’s face vase appears to have partial paint wore off.

This darling dog figurine and spill vase is marked Old Staffordshire made in England. It has a smooth, porcelain feel with textured areas on both the dog and foliage by the vase, and hand painted details throughout the piece. There is a small hole at the feet of the dogs that is said to be an inkwell. Also included is a small wood like dog photo with detailed framing, and a fancy china dog teacup and saucer marked SAJI Japan, in a pastel mint green with gold like floral design and highlighted with a hunting dog scene. These items are in great condition with no visible chips or cracks.

Beautiful hand painted pieces made by Lefton China. The large hand is glazed porcelain, hand painted with pink fingernails and adorned with purple flowers and soft green foliage, lined and the base with gold like trim. There is another smaller hand that is very similar, only it is not glazed.

Also included is one small hand laid flat holding pink forever flowers and a maroon ribbon around the wrist.

Flock of birds colorful ceramic decor includes (1) duck and (3) birds. The two smaller ones are marked made in Japan, and the other two are unmarked.

The decor is in good condition. The duck and the bird that have the openings in the top show signs of small chipping around the hole.

Flock of chickens (3) ceramic decor, colorfully painted in mustard, brown, green, maroon, black and off white. Two of the chickens are crowing.

There are no markings on the decor. Each chicken is in great condition with no visible chips or cracks.

Group of emerald green depression style glass includes six pieces for console or centerpiece decor. A large rolled edge centerpiece bowl and base with hand painted butterfly, three small candlestick holders, and one spiral pattern candlestick holder. Possibly Tiffin. Includes gold candles. These items glow fluorescent under a black light! How fun!

Vintage Shirley Temple blue cobalt dish set includes one bowl, one pitcher, and one glass. Each dish has a picture of Shirley Temple and a signature. The set is in good shape for its age. The picture on the cup has been partially worn off and the bowl has some rough edges on the under side.

Assortment of four vintage glass pieces. There are two green Vaseline glass pieces including a three footed and lidded dish, a Princess footed tumbler. Both are in great condition with no chips or cracks and glow fluorescent under a black light! Fun!

Also included are two pieces of blue glass. A peacock blue footed spiral pattern dish which we believe to be handmade and possibly antique, and shows signs of watermarking and residues. A small opalescent blue carnival glass bowl, which shows its age with light scratch marks.

Lovely fruit pitchers include two pieces. One small off white glazed pitcher with a pear and apple, detailed in green around the rim and on the handle, and is unmarked. One medium to large glazed pitcher shows a variety of colorful fruit, made to look raised or 3D with an off white handle, marked ‘71 and initialed by artisan. Both items in good condition, showing normal signs of pottery.

Charming vintage Wedgwood bud vase with flared edge, powder blue and white, decorated with what looks like Roman or Greek inspired raised images. Marked Wedgwood, made in England, on the bottom and is in great condition.

Group of seven vintage ruffled edge glass vases in a variety of colors and shapes. Three are blue, two are red, and two are green.

Beautiful flow blue dishes include two plates. One scalloped edge Jewel pattern plate has gold like trim and accents, marked on bottom Johnson Bros England, is in good condition showing signs of normal wear for its age with light scratching and small chipping. One slightly scalloped edge plate in Lucerne floral pattern has raised accents around rim, marked W.A.A. & Co England, is in good condition showing signs of normal age with slight scratching, watermarking or residue, and chipping.

Beautiful assortment of vintage flow blue dishes including a cup and saucer with foliage pattern, marked Vinranka made in Sweden. It is in great condition and shows no visible signs of chips or cracks.

Also included are two different sized plates. One small plate has a floral pattern and is in good condition showing some scratching and a few chips, marked Wood &Sons, made in England, Davenport Royal Semi Porcelain. One medium plate has a floral and foliage pattern around edge, is in good condition showing signs of scratching on top and a few chipped areas on bottom of plate, marked W.H. Antique silk scarf commemorating World War I with flags of the Allied Nations. Hand written on the selvedge is: “FLAGS of the VICTORIOUS NATIONS in the WAR to MAKE THE WORLD SAFE for DEMOCRACY”. This scarf is a little frayed and it has a tear through 1/3 of it along a folding line.

Hand painted handkerchief marked “Luxembourg 1945”, presumably commemorating the final liberation of Luxembourg at the Battle of The Bulge and the end of WW2. The United States and Luxembourg flags likely commemorate the large presence of American troops involved with the liberation. This handkerchief is vintage and tea stained.

Thirty-five saucers and platters of various shapes, sizes, and designs. Ten teacups, and seven other mug-like or pitcher containers of a comparable size, as pictured.
Included are Enoch Wedgewood, Colclough, Royal Albert, Queen Anne, Noritake, Lefton, Ucagco, Old English Rose, Rosina, Marlborough, Tuscan, and Harold’s Baby Plate, among others. Overwhelming majority of cups and plates in excellent condition, with the exception of small chips and hairline cracks on a handful of items.

Mid-century modern wooden bucket in colonial style with three turned legs that are removable. Two brass plated rings run the circumference of the bucket. It has a 13” diameter and is 10” tall on it’s own, the legs are 9” long. Overall it sits at a height of approximately 18”. Great as a planter or miscellaneous storage. As well, a segmented wooden coaster with rich patina, 6” wide with tic-tac-toe grooves.

Group of nine containers of various shapes and sizes, each including an arrangement of faux plants and/or florals. Three glass, four ceramic, one small brass basket, and one large wicker woven amphora style basket vase. Two of the ceramic planters are in the likeness of Saint Mary.

One large glass platter with convex corner wells and a ceramic dish in the shape of a leaf, featuring four birds having some berries as a treat. Two candle wreaths, one candle cup marked “New York”, and an ornate snuffer. One big beige three wick candle, a smaller ombre candle with a tapered glass housing, and a seemingly wickless yet candle shaped lump of red wax.

Blue ceramic 18” gourd vase, with painted peonies in yellow and red-flecked off white. Includes contained feather arrangement, one peacock feather and one craft bouquet of assorted feathers. Small nicks about the surface, but in good condition.

11” white ceramic pitcher vase with various floral designs and embossed filigree throughout design. Lettuce-edge mouth and similarly scalloped base. Floral designs cracking a bit, but the vase itself is in sturdy condition, with no major chips or missing pieces, and only minor hairline cracks in a few spots.

A pair of wooden stools - one featuring an American flag motif across the top, four legs, incredibly sturdy construction. One three-legged milking stool with a handle off the side, marked “Authentic Furniture Products” underneath.

Brass and hobnail milk glass bodied lamp with four footed base, featuring grape and leaves design. 32” tall, tested and functional. Beige lampshade intact, base in great shape. Cord approximately six feet in length.

Ginger jar body style lamp with pink and gold painted flowers and gold accent rings. 26” tall lamp, tested and functional. Cord approximately four feet long. There is a tear and a hole in the lampshade, but it could be replaced with relative ease. Base and cord in good condition.

Sunbeam quartz mantle clock model no. 882-621. Battery operated. Fully functional, 17” across, featuring roman numerals on a 5” face with a glass cap.

Three framed pictures depicting cherubs and three wooden statues depicting an angelic choir. The largest is a 10”x12” frame containing an image of a women shouldering a pair of cherubs, the smaller two frames are paired close-ups of the cherubs from Raphael’s “The Sistine Madonna” from 1513. The three statues are gold painted wood featuring angels with a harp, a lute, and a drum, respectively.

Four vases, two bottles, an apothecary pitcher, two ceramic plant or candle stands, and a segmented teardrop tray with decorative marble stones in shades of blue, green, and frosted glass. The tallest vase features a frosted glass with barber pole stripe motif, and two steel roses embedded inside. The large green bottle has a ribbed exterior and corked top, the two smaller blue vases share a similar exterior design. All of the vases and bottles are in excellent shape, there is a slight chip on the edge of the tray, and the planters’ surfaces are mildly worn.

Nine beautiful pieces of glass craftsmanship - one lidded powder/trinket jar and a taller lidded diamond point candy bowl, a fishbowl shaped candle or plant holder with crosshatched exterior and a lettuce-edge mouth, and one small cocktail flute. Also includes a matching Kings Crown bubble pattern salad plate and goblet, a smaller bubble pattern goblet, a Kings Crown bubble pattern toothpick holder with sawtooth rim, and a bowl with an angular patterning about its circumference - all in a wonderful shade of deep cranberry. As well, a robust abalone shell set upon three glass knob feet in a tripod fashion, two shell fragments, and a whorl of the same size. No visible chips or cracks on these pieces, an excellent selection in excellent condition.

Various political knick-knacks and trinkets, predominantly of a democratic nature.
A ceramic bust that appears to depict Abraham Lincoln, painted with a patriotic color scheme. Paint cracking and scuffed away in some sections, but the bust itself is overall intact. Hollow, good for holding desk supplies or a plant.
One urn-like white ceramic jar with a finial lid and a depiction of an eagle on the body, inscribed with “Mary Austin” beneath the base. Two ceramic donkeys, one of which is the 1988 Frankoma “Dem” Donkey mug, Patent #DG05-739. The other is the complimentary Listerine donkey razor bank, circa 1940. As well, a small bell with a plastic patriotic eagle affixed as the handle, which rings perfectly well. Five small wooden seated donkeys and five painted wooden flags, somewhat like tokens.
Finally, two portraits, each 5 1/2” x 6 1/2” with one depicting George Washington, and the other depicting an eagle on a shield. Both are carved relief style effigies resting on felt in wooden frames.

Four wooden folding TV dinner trays of classic design, sitting 25 1/2” tall. Each bearing a similar degree of light wear but overall sturdy and in good condition. Collapsible for ease of storage. All moving parts functional.

One bears a sharpie inscription by Harold Austin, marked “1926” on the bottom as well. Neither have retained original manufacturing label.

One Hudson Manufacturing Co. male mallard decoy measuring 16” across. No eyes present. Features a swiveling, detachable head and a single stand cavity underneath. Retains the original manufacturing label, which reads “MONO—STA Patented. Hudson MFG Co. Pascagoula, Miss.”

Life-sized goose decoy, featuring a detachable head and large cavity on the underbelly. The head is flocked for added realism and the feathers are still distinct in their molding. There are a few cracks where the head meets the body and light staining/weathering across the surface.

Kling brand one-drawer mahogany nightstand, colonial style - circa 1940s. Measures 18” wide x 14” deep x 27” tall. Internal labels read “Kling, Mayville, New York” and “All exposed parts guaranteed solid genuine mahogany. (Genuine mahogany grows only in west Indies, tropical America, and west coast Africa.) This label issued under penalty contract. Number 239 - mahogany association, inc. Copyright - U.S.A.” respectively. Excellent craftsmanship, and in sturdy condition. Drawer slides smoothly and quietly.

Set of nine silver-plated goblets by The Salem China Company of Salem, Ohio. Each goblet is 7” tall with a 3 1/2” diameter mouth. Includes original boxes in varying conditions, but all are free-standing and retain original markings. The goblets are all fully intact and have a rich patina across their surfaces. Each is embossed at the center of the base with the Salem logo and “silver plate”. Four have retained a sticker marked “Salem Portugal” on the bottom.

Pair of hobnail opalescent glass goblets and one ornate opalescent glass dish. One goblet is of a more standard design, measuring 4” tall with a 2 1/2” diameter mouth. The other features a lettuce-edge mouth, standing 4” tall with a 3 1/2” diameter mouth at its widest points. Both are finely crafted and in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. The dish is 6” wide with ornate filigree designs under the base and around the edge.

Six inch tall pair of hollow porcelain statuettes in the likenesses of Thomas Lawrence’ 1974 painting “Pinkie” and Thomas Gainsborough’s c. 1770 painting “The Blue Boy”. Each are hand-painted and fully intact sparing a pair of minor chips on the boy’s hat. Each marked “Japan” underneath the base.

Two late 19th century german hollow bisque statues sporting rococo attire. Both are one foot tall and have 3” & 3 1/4” bases respectively. They are fully intact with no noticeable chips or cracks but have a slight layer of grime about them in places. Could be polished up easily.

A flat iron measuring 4 1/2” wide x 6 1/2” long. Marking with an embossed 8 on it’s back. Fully cast iron and very heavy. The belly has light rust.

Four platters and five bowls of various shapes and sizes. The largest platter is 13” across and the smallest bowl is 4 1/2” across, with the others ranging between. The large platter and three bowls share a looping edge motif, with two of the bowls being 7” across and the smaller being 5 1/4” across. Otherwise, one of the plates and a lettuce-edged bowl sport an embossed grapes and vines motif, with the exterior of the bowl bearing a checkered crosshatching pattern. The smallest of the plates features a repeating eagles and fleur-de-lis molded border, breaking once for an American flag. The smallest bowl is made up of cast ceramic flowers with an overarching handle, with petals acting as scalloped feet. One oval platter is the Fostoria Jenny Lind portrait platter, featuring an ornate embossed design of roses and poppies surrounding the portrait of its namesake. All of these pieces are in excellent condition, with no visible chips or cracks.

Ten pieces of clear glassware of various shapes, sizes, and purposes. Including two intricate cut glass ashtrays with an oblong shape and serrated edge. Two small circular ashtrays with center cutting resembling a daisy. One teacup and saucer combo sharing a spiral motif. One fenton glass daisy & button toothpick holder in the shape of a top hat. One blown glass swan figurine with handsome brown eyes, a diamond lipped back cavity, and an open spout nose. Two crystal compote dishes - the smaller being of a geometric nature and the larger featuring a knobbed edge at the base of both the bowl and the stand. All pieces in good condition, with no visible chips or cracks.

No less than six roosters in various materials and sizes. The largest rooster stands 18” tall, made entirely of hard plastic, and standing on a branch base. The branch itself is chipped at the end, as pictured. Another standing rooster, about 9 1/2” tall, made of a similar resin material. A leaning rooster about 13” long who’s body is made of the same material as the prior two, but sports five tin tail feathers that wobble in a fun way. Its underbelly is fashioned in such a way that this rooster is best displayed leaning over the edge of a shelf or counter. The smallest of these is only five inches tall, a hanging ornament depicting a rooster nested in a woven basket, adorned with leaves and grapes. As well, one welded metal rooster standing 12 1/2” tall, with a handle, a back cavity, and a spouted beak - functional as a watering can. Lastly, a rooster made of straw and paper byproducts, standing 11 1/2” tall. These roosters are in decent condition, with a few nicks, scratches, scuffs, and chipped paint here and there. They’re a hardy bunch.

A large 30” tall x 28” wide rooster made entirely of sticks and branches, cut to shape and held together by small nails. The front is hand painted and the back has been left exposed which creates an interesting visual dichotomy. Also included are a 9” Chinese porcelain plate depicting a rooster, with the Dechang Ceramics signature on the back, and a 15” x 11 1/2” cutting board depicting a tuscan vineyard. The plate is in good condition and fully intact, the cutting board is sturdy but the back is chipping and worn, as pictured.

Three decorative pillows depicting roosters, one of them is quilted, one is needlepoint, and one appears to simply be printed canvas. They are all handsome roosters. The pillows themselves are in decently clean condition for their age, with the most notable blemish being a stain on the back of the quilted pillow, as pictured.

Thirteen items of indistinct correlation and widely varying nature. Two bells, one that rings in G#7, decorated with patriotically colored starbursts, and one that rings in E5, which has an odd pattern of tarnishing on it. One small egg-shaped ornament with a center hollow and small embedded figures depicting Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus, marked “genuine bone china - Japan” on the side. One iridescent plastic hanging ornament in the likeness of a dove. One resin statuette of a white sparrow perched on a branch, speckled with a light dusting of clear glitter. One small unmarked wooden goblet with a smokey grain patterning down one side. One sleeping plaster cherub with a crown of twigs. One bullfrog which opens up in two halves with a small internal reservoir. One brass lamp finial. One hollow ceramic statuette of a seated Native American girl, by Lefton. One orange faux dahlia with a plastic gem in the center. One small clear glass potpourri jar with a metal base sporting an intricately woven rose design. One brass trivet depicting a unicorn enshrined with leaves and florals. Finally, one marble with orange, yellow, and white coloring, very cute.

One gold plated free-standing vanity mirror approximately 8” tall, with a 3 1/2” base which features florals and leaves adoring the circumference of it. One side of the mirror reflects normally and the other is concave and reflects with a great deal of magnification. The mirror itself spins vertically on the base’s arms and can be detached. As well, a small 3 1/4” x 3 1/4” piece of medallion style wall decor, featuring a disk of painted Ucagco china, set in a brass frame on a felt square, with a brass ring mounted on the top of it all with which to hang it.

Four small frames featuring various works of art. The two rectangle frames measure 5” x 5 1/2”, and feature two recreation bust portraits originally by French artist Jean-Marc Nattier - one of which is Henriette Bourbon, and the other being Madam Victoire. Both of these feature “Mayfair by Reliance” seal stickers on the back and the remains of manufacturer’s price tags. The circular frames measure 6” diameter, one of which features a cropped rendition of Vernon Ward’s “Matchstick Sellers”, and the other being a similarly cropped rendition of Frank Bennett’s “The Squire”.

Two metal frames holding stained glass depictions of bluebirds and doves respectively, each with flowers and leaves to boot. The circular frame has a 6 1/2” diameter and features a 25” chain with which to hang it. The oblong frame is 5 1/4” x 7” and features a 15” chain with which to hang it. As well, one HomCo faux wicker butterfly from the late 1970’s with its bracket fully intact, reading “Dart Industries - HomCo 7537” along the back of one wing. Lastly, a flat, painted wooden heart, inscribed with “One beautiful person and one grouch live here”, measuring 4 1/2” across x 4 1/4” tall. Features a white ribbon with which to hang it.

PifCo’s frosted glass owl lantern-style night light from the 1920’s-30’s. Features a moulded glass owl sitting over the bulb which is held in a chrome housing base with a carrying handle. Currently non-functional, however the base comes apart to reveal the bulb and battery compartment. The on/off toggle is below the owl on the outer edge of the base.

Kodak’s baby brownie special from the 1940’s. This is a bakelite medium format film box camera, compatible with 127 film. The body is two halves held by a sliding latch, with the front half bearing the shutter, lens, and film transport, and the back half composed of the viewfinder and red window. This is a very small camera, approximately 3” x 3”. Functionality unknown, as is.

Set of 28 Elkloid brand single-sided bakelite dominos in original box, circa 1930’s. Minor discoloration and wear present, but all dominos are present and fully intact. The box has been taped and written on with pencil, as pictured.

Two artworks. The first of which is a print of “Portrait of Marie-Ann Huquier Holding a Kitten” originally by Jean-Baptiste Perronneau in 1743. It measures 20” x 24 1/2” and is set in a wooden frame with a pale turquoise upholstered border, with a wire across the back with which to hang it. The other is a print entitled “Before the Minuet” by Gene Pressler, a calendar print from the 1920’s published by Samuel Schiff Co. It measures 10” x 13”, set in a wooden frame behind glass and featuring a wire across the back with which to hang it.

Two paintings - one acrylic, measuring 25” x 21” including the frame, and the other watercolor, measuring 18” x 12”. The acrylic painting depicts an arid southwestern landscape, with a foreground of dry grasses and desert plants in front of a rocky mesa. A fine, vibrant painting displaying a firm understanding of the medium in which it was painted. It’s set in a decoative wooden frame and signed in the lower left with “Blanche Strohm - ‘61”. Features a wire across the back with which to hang it. The watercolor painting depicts a barn loft with a gutted out window frame, revealing traces of deeply shadowed interior detail and opposing open window frames. Soft blues and grays convey the siding. This piece is without a frame or a signature.

A print of Robert Atkinson Fox’s painting “Promenade” originally circa 1920. Measures 25 1/2” x 17 1/2” including the decorative wooden frame that it’s set in. Depicts a beige promenade bordered by verges of flower gardens, a staircase, and a privacy wall. Conveys a feeling of clear spring days. R. Atkinson Fox signature in the lower right. Very minor scrapes and pockmarks across the surface in a few spots, as pictured, but overall intact. Features a wire along the back with which to hang it.

Two still life paintings - one is entitled “Still Life No. 17”, done in ink and watercolor, depicting a teapot and mug resting on linens in front of an assortment of potted ferns. Measures 24” x 28” including the decorative wooden frame it’s set in. Sits behind glass. Signed “Hugh Mays - 9-22-89” in the lower right corner. Features a wire across the back with which to hang it, and an information label stating the title and artist’s name. The other is an oil painting of various fruits on a cloth, with a tipped over bowl behind them and a bocksbeutal. It measures 19 1/4” x 15 1/4” and has “Blanche Strohm - ‘61” signed in the lower right corner. It sits in a simple wooden frame and has a wire across the back with which to hang it as well.

Two 11 3/4” x 14 3/4” prints of sepia portraits distributed as a set by Edward Gross Co. - Originally “Portrait of Charlotte” by Sidney Bell from 1923 and “Portrait of Peter” by Arthur Garrett from 1919. Each feature the signatures of their respective artists in a lower corner and an Edward Gross Co. information label on the back stating their titles and artist’s names. Both have wires across the back with which to hang them. They sit in simple yet striking matching wood frames. Both are in good display condition with only minor wear on the front, as pictured.

Large scale acrylic painting on canvas, done in the style of bob ross. Measures 30” x 36” including the wooden frame, the canvas itself is

24” x 30”. Depicted is a large mountain in the background, shrined by grassy knolls and heavy forest, as well as a central body of water with small tiered runoffs and waterfalls in the foreground. The medium gives this painting a textured and living feel, sporting vibrant colors and a life-like roughness to the trees and mountain surface. Marked with the artist’s signature “H. Austin Mays - ‘89” in the lower left corner. Features a wire across the back with which to hang it. In excellent condition.

A print called “Love’s Melody”, which measures 21 1/2” x 17 1/2” including the decorative wooden frame it’s set in. Sits behind glass. Marked as having been made by The Ullman Manufacturing Company of New York, from 1900. Appears to be a colorized photograph, depicting two women wearing chitons on either side of a very ornate single-action pedal harp in a Grecian environment. The print itself has some staining present in the lower left and a tear on the right side, as pictured. There is a wire along the back with which to hang it as well.

Two prints, both set in wooden frames behind glass. The first and larger of the two measures 18 1/4” x 19 1/2” altogether. It’s a print of Frans Hals’ oil painting “Claes Duyst van Voorhout” from 1638. The print itself measures 9 1/2” x 12” as visible, discounting the border and frame. Features a woven cord across the back with which to hang it. The second print is “The Mt. Vernon Yule Log” by Jean Leon Gerome Ferris, done in 1798. This measures 16” x 13” altogether, and features a wire across the back with which to hang it. Both are fully intact and in good condition.

Featured are two framed prints of women, originally separated by 70 years. Both set behind glass, in good condition. The first is a reproduction of the well loved classic “Pinkie” by Thomas Lawrence in 1794. Measuring 17” x 21” including her frame. It features a small sawtooth bracket on the back with which to hang her. The second is a reproduction of “My Great Grandmother” by James Archer in 1865. A romanticist era portrait measuring 13” x 16” including her frame. It also features a small sawtooth bracket on the back and an excerpt page courtesy of the Guildhall Art Gallery of London, which notes details about the piece itself and the artist. This backing is particularly worn - while legible, it is partially torn from the frame itself, as pictured. The front is without flaw.

Four framed prints featuring botanical illustrations, two sets of two. The first two are depictions of camellias, originally by Alfred Chandler in 1835 from a series done for the book “Illustrations and Descriptions of the Plants which compose the natural order Camellieae, and of the varieties of Camellia Japonica, cultivated in the gardens of Great Britain” - these are #4 & #12 respectively. #4 is labelled as camellia japonica corallina, #12 is labelled as camellia japonica eximia. Both are set behind glass in wooden frames, measuring 12” x 14” each. Both feature wires along the back with which to hang them. The second set depicts a pair of illustrations originally by the esteemed Benoit Chirat, mid-19th century. One is labelled “Rose blanche panachée, Oreilles d'ours, Rose provin.” and the other is labelled “Roses eglantine”. Both feature the artist’s signature. Both are set in wooden frames that measure 11” x 14”, one is without glass. Both features wires along the back with which to hang them as well.

Fourteen woven baskets of various shapes, sizes, and colors. The largest of these measures 13” x 9 1/2”, the deepest has a 5” bowl, the smallest measures 5 1/2” x 4”, with the others widely ranging in-between. Featured here are a large basket with faux flowers across the handle, a basket with an apple motif patterned in a band around the circumference, a basket that looks like a cute squirrel, a hinged basket that is two halves of a peanut, a small basket with ceramic handle covers and ceramic teapot/teacup icons woven into the side, and more. All baskets in good condition, with no major holes, and sturdy construction.

Featured here are two giant print Bibles, both KJV, one red letter edition. A set of six cassette tapes of Psalms & Proverbs, KJV. Individual transcripts of the gospel of John, the book of Isaiah, and the Psalms. Study guides for the Bible in it’s entirety, the book of Luke, and four volumes of “The Layman’s Bible Commentary” - #6, #13, #16, and #21 respectively. Three issues of “Easter Ideals”, and finally, two complete and unabridged copies of “The Greatest Book Ever Written” by Fulton Oursler.

Symbolism was published in 1997, and features 256 pages on the history and implementation of symbolism in art. Unknown Terrain was published in 1998, and features 223 pages concerning the body of work of Andrew Wyeth.

Featured are about a dozen books and several magazines about Missouri in one capacity or another. Reading material present on Missouri’s education system, major historical events, social, economic, and political development, major landmarks, and general state history. Notably, a hard to find copy of “The Day The Lights Came On”, a collection of poems, stories, and photos directly sourced from locals who saw the advent of electricity here in Missouri. As well, manuscripts on the floods of 1993/94, Sunshine law, Black History, and the Arch.

Featured are sixteen books, predominantly fiction novels and poetry, including a few older non-fiction textbooks as well. Included are “The Decameron of Giovanni Boccaccio”, “The Second Book of Modern Verse” from 1920, “The California & Oregon Trail” from 1901, “Longfellow’s Poems”, “A Psychological Study of Hamlet & Oedipus” from 1949 - these in particular are a bit rough around the edges, while entirely legible and seemingly retaining all pages, their covers and spines are in varying degrees of decay. Also included are compilations of poems by Emerson and Byron respectively, 1952’s “Action!”, and 1960’s “The Story of Nations”, in sturdy condition. Otherwise dust jackets are little torn and general wear is present, as pictured. Refer to individual pictures for case by case basis.

Souvenir recreations of historical documents as published by Historical Documents Co. of Philadelphia, PA. These documents are printed on antiqued parchment to look and feel authentic and old, but are in good condition sparing creases from being stored and a few minor tears at the edges. Included are a map of revolutionary war battlefields, several letters by Robert E. Lee, a transcript of the star spangled banner, the title deed for Manhattan and Long Island, and the Gettysburg address. As well, numerous clippings by Cook Print Shop featuring similarly antiqued poems and quotes from the likes of Longfellow, David B. Sickles, and W. A. Stidger. Toy cars not included.

Sixty-two unique issues of the Missouri Historical Review as published by the State Historical Society of Missouri, based in Columbia. “Volumes” span four individual issues published over the course of an October-July cycle - present here are clean runs of Volumes LXXXIV-LXXXV and LXXXVII-XCVI, which account for forty-eight issues spanning October 1989 to July 2002, with only July 1992 missing from this stretch. Also here are six intermittent issues spanning 1965-1967 (volumes LIX-LXI), the latter three issues of volume LXXXIII (Jan-Jul 1989), and two issues of volume XCVII (Oct 2002-Jan 2003). Two copies of April 2002 are present from volume XCVI. Some issues are worn and some are mildly water damaged, but all issues are legible.

One Steubenville china platter with 22 karat gold paint designs and lip, featuring a colonial man courting a lady in the center. One large matchbox depicting a victorian road with horse drawn carriages. One sandland ware oyster shaped dish depicting a man on horseback and a number of dogs. One brass butterfly frame with a slightly damaged circular print of a tense colonial meeting. One wooden piece of decor depicting a boat at dock. Finally, an organization box with all-over print of an old weathered map.

Kieninger & Oberfell Kundo 400 day Anniversary Clock, made in west Germany circa 1950’s. Measures 8” wide x 12” tall. Features a rotating pendulum, glass bell jar, brass construction, three finials, and white clock face with floral designs shared by the circumference of the base and the pillars that support the clock face and machinations. Minor wear present, notably along the base, as pictured - simple chipping and distress from age, but the internal mechanism is in good condition, with only a light dusting of grime and small pocks on the brass accents. Includes a wooden disk as an additional base measuring 9 1/2” across, seemingly not originally paired with this particular clock, but nonetheless useful for preserving the underbelly of the unit itself. No key present, and functionality is unknown. As-is.

Schatz & Sons 400 day Anniversary Clock #49, made in Germany circa 1950’s. Measures 7 1/2” wide x 12” tall. Features a rotating pendulum which is not connected to the body, glass bell jar, brass construction, three finials, and white clock face with floral designs. The pillars that support the clock face and machinations feature an ornate embossed leaf and vine motif. Minor wear present, as pictured - scratches and distress from age, but the internal mechanism is in good condition, with only a light dusting of grime and small pocks on the brass. Includes the key and an exceptionally small piece which I’m lead to believe is used to connect the pendulum to the clock mechanism itself. Overall functionality is unknown. As-is.

One Bartlett Collins pitcher and nineteen glasses from the same set from 1947, all sharing the same etched grapes, leaves, and vines design motif. The pitcher and fourteen of the glasses features gold painted bands around or the near the lip. There is one pitcher, five tumblers, ten juice glasses, and four stemless wine glasses. All in excellent condition with no visible chips or cracks, and only light wear on some of the gold bands and grapes designs.

Ten pieces of assorted tinted glassware of various shapes, sizes, and purposes. Included are a pair of amber glass items - the Le Smith Quintec heritage pattern candy dish and a small Indiana Glass Co. daisy sherbet bowl. A pair of blue opalescent items - a Dugan lettuce-edge lip compote dish with beading down the sides and a Fenton stretch glass sherbet dish. Two burgundy items - a lettuce-edge lip long necked vase and a wine glass. One pink tinted flute vase with a subtle etched botanical design. One Imperial brand milk glass toothpick holder or general cosmetics trough that stands on four feet and has a grapes and leaves relief design embossed around its body. One orange decorative ruffled edge bowl in the likeness of a flower. Finally, an L.E. Smith octagonal crackle glass dish with the vague remains of a once painted on design. All pieces in good, usable condition, with no visible cracks or chips.

Fourteen pieces of assorted clear glassware of various shapes, sizes, and purposes. Included are a 7” tall EAPG vase with beautiful pressed patterning and a lettuce-edge mouth. Two matching decanters from Czechoslovakia with four-banded ribbing. Matching art deco flat panel cut glass and pitcher with starburst detail. Four candy dishes - two etched and two cut - one in particular is incredibly ornate with daisy and button patterning and three small legs. One paneled apothecary pitcher with lid. Two matching bud vases. One crosshatch cut salt or pepper shaker. One scallop-edge shallow ashtray. Finally, one imperial glass divided serving dish with intaglio impressions of vegetables in each compartment.

Twenty salt cellars or toothpick holders of various sizes and designs. Many are cut clear glass, several feature daisy cut patterning under the base, two are EAPG frosted glass three faces design, and the majority of them otherwise feature very ornate designs about their circumferences, as pictured. These are all in excellent condition. The largest measure 3” across and 2” tall, and the smallest are a mere 2” across by 3/4” tall, with the rest falling within the range between. Also included are a simple clear shot glass and a clear glass paperweight egg.

Four vases - two matching white amphora style hand painted vases from Japan, art mark originals. One pink flute vase with green interior, by California originals, marked 1010. One lefton oinochoe style pitcher vase. All four feature painted ceramic flowers applied to their respective surfaces, detailed and three dimensional. All four are in decent condition, with only a hairline crack in the mouth of one of the art mark vases, and otherwise mild wear from age.

Two burton painted ceramic ladybug mugs with pedestal feet, the ladybugs are three dimensional around the surface and base, surrounded by polka dot and spiral designs. As well, a matching mug and stout pitcher, ornate cut glass with red painted dots adorning the surfaces of both.

Sixteen pieces of fine and bone china of various brands. Included are Royal Albert bone china, Haviland limoges, RS Prussia, and a few others. Six platters, four shallow dishes, two sugar cellars in the likenesses of a swan and a dove with matching tea spoons, two lids, a pitcher, and a bowl. Most in good condition, with the pitcher bearing a number of cracks where it appears the handle was repaired at one time, and a dish that appears to have had a run in with fire. Otherwise, simple wear with age, as pictured.

Twelve pieces of decor in the realm of spring-time aestheticism and festivities. Included are two hard plastic bunnies, one large and one very small. Vividly painted ceramic duck and butterfly. One white ceramic bell depicting a partridge in a pear tree, that rings in C#6 with very little resonance. One blue ceramic egg, ajar in halves and containing a very happy duck frolicking in a flowery bath. A ceramic worm and glass apple paperweight. A blue tinted glass basket with faux bouquet, marked souvenir of Mooreland, Oklahoma. A tin turtle, missing a tail but still charming nonetheless. Lastly, a weird little lady.

Various kitchen containers, including two Dutch ceramic wall pockets depicting a man and women about to kiss, in okay condition, with much of the paint scratched off with age, as pictured. Two steins, both made in Germany - one depicts a hunter and a buck, the other depicts a man playing a lute for a woman. One metal goblet with an embossed ship on either side and a 1933 world fair seal on one side. Lastly one ceramic planter with a painted deer on each of its sides.

Five ceramic items, including a cute floral teapot with crackle patterning, a 1930’s Japan majolica jar with knobs on the side for a twine handle, a reticulated edge milk glass platter with painted floral designs in the center, a peach-to-white ombre platter with an embossed laurel design around the edge, and a green and black pedestal bowl. The bowl has a crack on the lip where it’s been repaired, as pictured. All other pieces in excellent condition.

Eight various implements including a large puka shell coaster, a marble ashtray with a green felted underbelly, a pair of ceramic cactus salt and pepper shakers, a ceramic juicer, a ceramic starfish dish, a blue ceramic tulip shaped pen or toothbrush organizer which is bad for trypophobia, and lastly a hand hammered brass pot in the Egyptian revival style, depicting a figural scene.
