All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect, and test the items on or during the inspection date.

If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccuate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

Buyer is responsible for loading their own purchases. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

This auction includes just one item, a large quartz bear statue. By bidding in this auction you agree to our Terms & Conditions, as well as those of HiBid. Shipping will be offered for all lots on this auction via UPS only. Shipping will take place as quickly as C2 Management can get to the items. Items will be packaged for shipping no longer that 7 days past the payment of the item, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange payment for shipping. If you plan on having items shipped out you must send an email with a copy of your invoice attached to auctions@tryc2.com by 4:00 pm on pickup day. Handling Fee will be included in the shipping cost. YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE FOR PICKUP. Without an original copy from email or print you will be turned away. Pictures will not be accepted. C2 staff will not be available to carry items or load them in/on your vehicle. Buyer must request shipping by the end of the pickup date following the Pickup/Shipping terms. If terms are not me the items will be considered forfeit and buyer will not receive a refund.
