Mobile Home sold as is where is. We do our best to describe in detail, however, buyer is encouraged to attend preview or make arrangements to view and is responsible doing their own inspection. THIS MOBILE HOME MUST BE MOVED AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. BUYER MUST TAKE ALL BLOCK SKIRTING AND ANYTHING THAT BELONGS WITH THE MOBILE HOME.
When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium.
REGISTRATION: Potential bidders must email proof of funds (a bank letter, bank statment or other proof that you have funds available..please call with any questions. We are flexible) to kdauctionservice@hotmail.com before being allowed to bid. You may not simply register for this auction and be allowed to bid. Once proof of funds has been received, you may register for auction and Auction Conpany will open bidding to you. Potential bidders must email proof of funds no later than 12:00pm Thursday, April 27. Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up.
Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents.
There is a 3% buyer's premium added to high bid to determine final price. This figure shows up when placing bid.
We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada.
PAYMENT: Immediately (Friday, April 21) after being determined the winning bidder, buyer is to wire funds to auctioneer's escrow account. Title will be signed and transferred to buyer the following Monday, April 24. Mobile home will be clear of items and debris.
Buyer agrees to clean up area after moving mobile home of any debris left by them.
