This house is a collectors house. He told me, "If I liked it, I bought it". His collectiions include; many original panitings (at his time there are 10 paintings of cars from the 50's painted in Cuba), several signed and numbered prints including 2 MacPhearson nude prints and a "Little Annie Fannie" print, many other framed prints, sculptures (this is the estate that the bronze American Indians and Remington sculptures came from), 100's of collector plates, 100's of Avon steins, figurines and perfume bottles, knives, card decks of every description, model cars, bells, stamps, Disney, Snow White, small toys, small kitchen appliances, kitchenware, furniture, lawn chairs, chainsaws that need work, utility trailer, yard cart, fishing stuff, coolers, lamps, and foreign coins.

No early sales other than what is still listed on Market Place. This includes a beautiful mid-century modern folding bar-cart that is currently listed.

If you are coming from Sebring turn off 27 at Cloverleaf and right on to Lake June Dr. or you can go south on Orange Blossom then south on Henscratch left on Miller.  You will see my signs the days of the sale.

Parking is very restricted at the house but there is plenty of parking about 50 yards aways.  There is  NO PARKING IN THE FEILD because it is a bog, it looks firm but it is not.
