TERMS: 11% Buyer's Premium, On-Line Bidding Only, Invoices will be sent after Auction (Bring for Pick Up), Cash, Check (If known to Us), Credit Card. Weather permitting we will try to have lots pulled and ready before you arrive for a smoother pick up process. Title will take some time to transfer from the Estate to new Buyer, Van can be inspected Monday, April 10th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
If buying glassware and household items you may use the driveway to the house. For tool/garage pick up please take the second driveway to the barn. Signs posted. No Shipping - Pick Up Only!
