This is only a VERY SMALL list of the items available in this auction.  There is just no way to list all the car parts, shop supplies, misc. tools, signs, wheels, etc. that are stored away in this shop, who knows what we will find once the auction set up begins.  If you have an interest in 1930's - 1940's - 1950's cars and car parts not too mention the antique furninture items, then DO NOT MISS THIS AUCTION.  Saturday April 29th. in Sallisaw, Ok. 

Auction Terms & Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding.  Once the auctioneer delcares any item sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. 

Payment Terms & Conditions:  All purchases must be paid for day of auction.  We accept Cash, or Check with property and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check with have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only. 

Concessions and Restrooms will be available day of auction.
