DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SAY YOU ARE HERE FOR AN ESTATE SALE OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN JUST GIVE THE GUARD GATE THE ADDRESS. THAT'S IT, SAY NOTHING ELSE!!! THERE WILL BE NO SIGNS AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED. JUST COME DIRECTLY TO THE HOUSE. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE MAILBOXES, PARK ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET AS THE HOUSE.
